بررسي اثربخشي آموزش‌‌هاي مهارتي در تربيت نيروي بومي ماهر (تكنسين) در حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشيمي استان ايلام

Evaluation of the effectiveness of skill training in training technicians in the sector of oil, gas and petrochemicals in Ilam province

پژوهش حاضر با هدف اصلي بررسي اثربخشي آموزشهاي مهارتي در تربيت نيروي بومي ماهر (تكنسين) در حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشيمي استان ايلام انجام شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كليۀ كاركنان شركت­ هاي نفت، گاز و پتروشيمي استان ايلام بودند كه در دوره آموزش مهارتي برق­كاري صنعتي در سازمان آموزش فني و حرفه­ اي استان ايلام شركت كرده بودند. با توجه به آمار سازمان آموزش فني و حرفه ­اي استان ايلام، تعداد كل اين افراد 36 نفر بودند كه به صورت تمام شماري در قبل و بعد از برگزاري دورۀ آموزش مهارتي براي مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوري داده­ ها، پرسشنامه­ اي محقق ­ساخته بود كه روايي آن توسط متخصصان موضوع و پايايي آن با محاسبۀ ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ بررسي شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده­ ها در دو بخش آمار توصيفي و استنباطي با استفاده از نرم ­افزار SPSS نسخۀ 26 انجام شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه ميزان اثربخشي دورۀ آموزش مهارتي برق‌كاري صنعتي در ابعاد واكنش شركت­ كنندگان، يادگيري مباحث دوره آموزشي، بكارگيري (رفتار) مباحث دوره آموزشي و نتايج دوره آموزشي نسبتاً مطلوب بود. همچنين، براساس يافته­ هاي پژوهش مشخص شد كه ميزان دانش و اطلاعات (يادگيري) و بكارگيري (رفتار) مباحث دوره آموزش مهارتي در قبل و بعد از برگزاري دورۀ آموزشي اختلاف معناداري در سطح خطاي يك درصد داشت؛ به­ گونه ­اي كه يادگيري و رفتار شركت­ كنندگان بعد از برگزاري دوره آموزشي بالاتر از قبل از آن بود.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of skill training in training skilled local workers (technicians) in the field of oil, gas and petrochemicals in Ilam province. The statistical population of the study included all employees of oil, gas and petrochemical companies in Ilam province who had participated in a skill training course in industrial electrical engineering in the Technical and Vocational Education Organization of Ilam province. According to the statistics of the Technical and Vocational Education Organization of Ilam Province, the total number of these people was 36 who were selected to study before and after the skill training course. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was assessed by subject matter experts and its reliability was assessed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed in two sections of descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that the effectiveness of the industrial electrification skills training course in the dimensions of the participants' reaction, learning the training course topics, using (training) the training course topics and the training course results was relatively desirable. Also, based on the research findings, it was found that the amount of knowledge and information (learning) and application (behavior) of the skills training course topics before and after the training course had a significant difference at the error level of one percent; In such a way that the learning and behavior of the participants after the training course was higher than before.
