Analysis of the index for determining the educational goals of the second year of vocational secondary education for students with special needs from the perspective of experts and teachers of exceptional education

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحليل اهداف آموزشي دوره دوم متوسطه حرفه‌اي دانش آموزان با نيازهاي ويژه از ديدگاه كارشناسان و متخصصين مي­باشد. روش پژوهش از نوع آميخته (كمّي-كيفي) مي باشد. در بخش كمّي، روش توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي؛ و براي تحليل داده هاي كيفي، از روش تحليل مضمون استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري، كاركنان بخش اداري و آموزشي اداره آموزش و پرورش استثنايي استان مركزي (N=85) بودند كه به روش تصادفي ساده و با فرمول كوكران، 70 نفر به عنوان نمونه براي بخش كمّي انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوري داده‌ها در بخش كمّي، از پرسش نامه محقِّق ساخته استفاده شده و اعتبار پرسشنامه توسط صاحب نظران تاييد و پايايي آن بوسيله ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0.749 محاسبه گرديد. روش تحليل داده ها در اين بخش آمار توصيفي (ميانگين) بود.جامعه آماري بخش كيفي مشتمل بر كارشناسان و دبيران دوره دوم متوسطه حرفه آموزي بودند كه با استفاده از «روش نمونه گيري هدفمندِ ملاك محور» تا حد اشباع نظري، تعداد 17 نفر انتخاب و از طريق مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته نسبت به جمع آوري اطلاعات اقدام شد، و براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي از تكنيك تحليل مضمون استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش حاصل نشان داد كه در فرآيند تعيين اهداف به مسئله بوم‌شناختي آموزشي توجه خاص گرددسپس بايد اهدافي را به رشته تدوين درآورد كه كه با توجه به توانايي‌ها و استعدادهاي دانش آموزان قابل دسترسي و سنجش باشند بدين معني كه به مسئله تفاوت‌هاي فردي در امر تدوين اهداف كه در نهايت منتج به مسئله ياددهي – يادگيري مي شود توجه خاص گردد.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational goals of the second year of vocational high school students with special needs from the perspective of experts and specialists. The research method is mixed (quantitative-qualitative). In the quantitative part, a descriptive survey method; an‎d for qualitative data analysis, content analysis method has been used. The statistical population was the staff of the administrative and educational departments of the Exceptional Education Department of Markazi Province (N = 85). In a simple random method with Cochran's formula, 70 people were selected as the sample for the quantitative department. In order to collect data in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used and the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.749. The method of data analysis in this section was descriptive statistics (average). The statistical population of the qualitative section consisted of experts and teachers of the second year of vocational high school who used "criterion-based targeted sampling method" to the theoretical saturation, 17 people were selected. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, and content analysis technique was used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that in the process of setting goals, special attention should be paid to the issue of educational ecology. Which ultimately leads to the issue of teaching-learning to be given special attention.
