ارزيابي عوامل موثر بر رضايت گردشگران از مقاصد گردشگري (موردپژوهي: پارك آب‌ وآتش تهران)

Assessing the factors affecting tourist's satisfaction with tourism destinations; Case: Tehran Ab'o Atash park

در وضعيت كنوني كه گراني هزينه‌هاي سفر در كنار دغدغه‌هاي ناشي از شهرنشيني امكان حضور در پهنه‌هاي خوش آب و هواي خارج از شهر را به تمامي شهروندان تهراني نمي‌دهد به نظر مي‌رسد يكي از مطلوب‌ترين راه‌ها جهت دفع خستگي‌ها و روزمرگي‌ها پناه بردن به پارك‌هاي شهري چون پارك آب و آتش است. فشردگي كاري، وضعيت نابسامان اقتصادي و كمبود وقت در شهر تهران باعث شده پارك‌هاي شهري نقش پررنگي در پر كردن اوقات فراغت شهروندان داشته باشند. لزوم توجه به پارك‌هاي شهري و رضايت شهروندان آز آن‌ها پيكره اصلي اين تحقيق را شكل مي-دهند. نتايج مطالعات ميداني پس از ورود به محيط نرم افزار SPSS و LISREL تجزيه و تحليل شدند. نتايج تحليل عاملي اكتشافي حاكي از تاييد روايي كليه متغيرهاي پژوهش بوده و كليه شاخص‌هاي تحقيق بر رضايتمندي گردشگران بوستان آب‌وآتش تاثيرگذار ارزيابي شدند؛ همچنين نتايج آزمون t تك نمونه نشان داد كه گردشگران از قيمت غذاها و نوشيدني‌ها، هزينه اجاره لوازم تنيس، هزينه ورودي سينماگيم، هزينه ورودي رصدخانه و مديران بوستان جهت افزايش رضايت بازديدكنندگان ملزم به نظارت بيشتر در اين مورد هستند.

In the current situation where the high cost of travel along with the concerns caused by urbanization does not allow all citizens of Tehran to attend the pleasant climate outside the city, it seems that one of the most desirable ways to ward off fatigue and everyday life is to take refuge in urban parks such as Ab'o Atash park. Congestion, Bad economic situation and lack of time in Tehran have made urban parks have a major role in filling citizens leisure time.The need to pay attention to urban parks and the satisfaction of citizens from them are the main framework of this research. In the present study, first, by studying the theoretical background of the research, the researchers extracted the most important factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists, which have the highest frequency and can be measured in the park under study, and designed the research questionnaire. The results of field studies were analyzed after entering SPSS and LISREL software; The results of Exploratory factor analysis confirmed the validity of all research variables and all research indicators were evaluated as effective on the satisfaction of Ab'o Atash park tourists; also, the results of one-sample t-test showed that tourists were dissatisfied with the prices of food and beverages, the cost of renting tennis equipment, the entrance fee to the cinema, the entrance fee to the observatory and the lack of a place to charge mobile phones. In the end, suggestions were made to improve services and increase tourist satisfaction.
