چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ؛ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان اﻧﻄﺒﺎق ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ درﺳﯽ دورهﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش ﺿﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺘﺎدي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن آﻣﻮزش ﻓﻨﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﺑﺎ ﺷﺮح وﻇﺎﯾﻒ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن در ﺣﻮزهﻫﺎي دﻫﮕﺎﻧﻪ ﺳﺘﺎدي در ﺳﺎل 1399 ﺑﻮد. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ در ﺧﻼل آن از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﺳﻨﺎدي و ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺶ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر از اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 60 ﮔﻮﯾﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻮزهﻫﺎي دﻫﮕﺎﻧﻪ ﺳﺘﺎدي ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺘﺎدي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن آﻣﻮزش ﻓﻨﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﮐﺸﻮر ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 400 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﮐﺮﺟﺴﯽ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ 196 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ روش ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ از ده ﺣﻮزه ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن آﻣﻮزش ﻓﻨﯽ وﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﮐﺸﻮر اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان اﻧﻄﺒﺎق ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ درﺳﯽ دورهﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش ﺿﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺷﺮح وﻇﺎﯾﻒ آﻧﺎن در ﺣﻮزهﻫﺎي راﻫﺒﺮي اﺟﺮاي آﻣﻮزش، ﻧﻈﺎرت، ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي و ﻫﺪاﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ، آﻣﻮزﺷﮕﺎهﻫﺎي آزاد و ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﻣﺮدﻣﯽ، ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﻨﺎوريﻫﺎي ﻧﻮﯾﻦ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ، ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻃﺮح و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰي درﺳﯽ، ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ، ﺑﻮدﺟﻪ و ﻧﻮﺳﺎزي و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و ﭘﺸﺘﯿﺒﺎﻧﯽ در ﺣﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ و ﺿﻌﯿﻒ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪ و در ﺣﻮزهﻫﺎي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻣﻬﺎرت و ﺻﻼﺣﯿﺖ ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي، اﻣﻮر ﻣﺴﺎﺑﻘﺎت ﻣﻠﯽ و ﺑﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ ﻣﻬﺎرت و اﻣﻮر ﻣﺎﻟﯽ و ذﯾﺤﺴﺎﺑﯽ، ﻣﯿﺰان اﻧﻄﺒﺎق در ﺣﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﻧﺸﺪ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ رﺗﺒﻪاي از ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ اﻧﻄﺒﺎق ﺑﺮاي ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﺣﻮزه ﻫﺎي دﻫﮕﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of the present study was to assess the compliance of the content of the curriculum of in-service training courses with the description of job duties from the Staffchr('39')s point of view of The Technical and Vocational Training Organization of Tehran in 2020. The research method which used in this study is descriptive in which documents and surveys were used. for this purpose, the questionnaire was prepared by the researcher with 60 questions which had divided into 10 Specialized areas. the statistical sample was conducted by stratified random sampling method and Morgan chart, and finally 196 of the ten specialized areas were selected as a sample of the questionnaire. the findings indicated that the degree of conformity of the curriculum content by job description in areas; Administrative training governance, Supervision improvement and professional guide, Modern technology development, Private sector and partnership ,Research planning and programming, General directorate of human resources and logistics, Planning, renovating and developing IT offices is low, which indicates a very poor compliance of the curricula an‎d in the areas ;international skills competition management affairs, Skills and Vocational qualification assessment ,General Directorate of financial affairs and monetary observation offices, the level of conformity to those areas is not reached , but this result is not generalizable to the entire field - related staff . The mean rating of the minimum level of conformity with the highest compliance are examined.
