چكيده فارسي :
اﻣﺮوزه، ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ ﺑﯿﺶ از ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎر ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ اﻋﺘﻤﺎدﺳﺎزي ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻓﺮاد، ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻧﻤﻮدن ﻓﺮﺻﺖ ﺑﻪ اﺷﺘﺮاك ﮔﺬاري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، ﺧﻠﻖ اﯾﺪه ﻫﺎي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﮔﻔﺘﮕﻮ، ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اﺻﻠﯽ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي و اﻧﮕﯿﺰاﻧﻨﺪه ي ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ و ﻧﻮآوري ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﻨﺪ. از ﺳﻮي دﯾﮕﺮ، ﺑﺎزار اﻣﺮوز در ﺣﺎل ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﺪن ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎزاري ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺮ، ﭘﻮﯾﺎ و ﻣﺸﺘﺮي ﻣﺤﻮر اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺸﺘﺮي از ﯾﮏ درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه) ﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪه( ﺳﺎده در ﯾﮏ ﻣﻌﺎﻣﻠﻪ ﺑﻪ ﯾﮏ ﻣﺸﺘﺮك ﯾﺎ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد دﻫﻨﺪه ي ﻣﺤﺼﻮل، ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﯾﺎ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﺧﻮد ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮاﺟﻪ ﺷﺪن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ رﻗﺎﺑﺖ ﺷﺪﯾﺪ در ﭘﺎﺳﺦِ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻗﻊ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻘﺎﺿﺎي ﻏﯿﺮﻣﻨﺘﻈﺮه ﻣﺸﺘﺮﯾﺎن از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺗﻨﻮع ﻣﺤﺼﻮل، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﻗﺎﺑﻞ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.از ﻃﺮﻓﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻣﺤﻮر ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ي ﻣﻬﻢِ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي اﻣﺮوزي ﺑﺮاي زﻧﺪه ﻣﺎﻧﺪن و ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ درﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺴﺐ وﮐﺎر ِ آﺷﻔﺘﻪ ي ﮐﻨﻮﻧﯽ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. رﻗﺎﺑﺖِ ﺷﺪﯾﺪ ِ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎ، ﻧﻘﺶ ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ و ﻧﻮآوري را ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﺑﻠﻨﺪﻣﺪت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن روﺷﻦ ﻣﯽ ﺳﺎزد. در اﯾﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ، ﯾﮏ ﺳﻮال اﺳﺎﺳﯽ ﻣﻄﺮح ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ:» آﯾﺎ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻣﺤﻮر ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ دارد ﯾﺎ ﺧﯿﺮ؟«. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺟﺎري ازﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي، از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ دو روش ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ اي و ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ اﺟﺎم و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺗﻮه ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ، ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺑﺮ آﻣﻮزش ﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻣﺤﻮر ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار اﺳﺖ و آﻣﻮزش ﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻣﺤﻮر ﻧﯿﺰ، ﺑﺮ ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Today, organizations increasingly emphasize teamwork through building mutual trust between individuals, providing opportunities to share information, create new ideas through dialogue and discussion, as the main learning factor and motivate creativity and innovation. On the other hand, today's market is becoming a more global, dynamic and customer-oriented market. The role of the customer has changed from a simple recipient (recipient) in a transaction to a subscriber or enhancer of an organization's product, service or capability. This in turn has led organizations to face stiff competition in responding in a timely manner to unexpected customer demand for product variety, better quality, and reliable service. Organizational agility as an important determinant of today's organizations to survive and success is at stake in the current turbulent business environment. The fierce competition of organizations clarifies the role of creativity and innovation for the long-term success of the organization. In the meantime, a fundamental question arises: "Does organizational learning affect organizational agility with the mediating role of competitive intelligence?" The present study collected data from a combination of library and field methods. The results showed that organizational learning has an effect on organizational agility. Learning also affects competitive intelligence and competitive intelligence also affects organizational agility.
