مدل بلوغ قابليت و بهينه سازي ارزيابي اثربخش كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي (روش فراتركيب)

Maturity model of capability and optimization of effective evaluation of university libraries (Meta-Synthesis Method)

مدل هاي بلوغ با پيشرفت ، توسعه و كاربرد فناوري ها مطرح شدند و از مباحث مديريتي محسوب مي شوند. مدل هاي بلوغ داراي سطوحي هستند كه هر سطح شامل ويژگي هاي مربوط به آن سطح است.با استفاده از مدل هاي بلوغ مي توان اثر بخشي و عملكرد سازمان را مورد ارزيابي قرار داد.در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي نوشتارهايي در زمينه مدل هاي بلوغ و مدل بلوغ قابليت با رويكرد كيفي و روش فراتركيب پرداخته مي شود. تا ضمن بررسي مدل هاي بلوغ در زمينه ها و حوزه هاي مختلف و بررسي ابعاد آن مدل بلوغ قابليت براي ارزيابي عملكرد و اثر بخشي كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي مورد بررسي قرار گيرد.نوشتارهاي موجود در زمينه مدل هاي بلوغ بر پايه ترجمه و تفسير آنها است. برا اين اساس 93 منبع معتبر در حوزه مدل هاي بلوغ و 37 منبع درحوزه مدل بلوغ قابليت و كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت.با تحليل منابع3 مقوله 9 شاخص و 21 كد براي ويژگي هاي هر سطح براي مدل بلوغ كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي بدست آمد.بر اساس نتايج مقوله فني و مفهوم سيستم هاي سخت افزاري و نرم افزاري از ميان ساير مفاهيم داراي رتبه اول است و از اهميت بالاتري برخوردارند. مدل بلوغ كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي به مديران كتابخانه ها و دانشگاه ها كمك مي كند تا با تعيين و بررسي ويژگي هاي هر سطح و ارزيابي آنها درجهت ارتقا هر سطح و رسيدن به سطح ايده آل برنامه ريزي كنند.

Maturity models were introduced with the advancement, development and application of technologies and are considered as management topics. Maturity models have levels that each level includes the characteristics related to that level. Using maturity models, the effectiveness and performance of the organization can be evaluated. In the present study, we reviewed articles on maturity models and models. Capability maturity is addressed with a qualitative approach and a Meta-Synthesis Method. In addition to examining maturity models in different fields and examining the dimensions of that maturity model, the ability to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of university libraries should be examined. The existing literature on maturity models is based on their translation and interpretation. Based on this, 93 valid sources in the field of maturity models and 37 sources in the field of maturity models of capability and university libraries were examined. Based on the results, the technical category and the concept of hardware and software systems have the first rank and are of higher importance. The maturity model of university libraries helps library and university administrators to determine and review the characteristics of each level and Evaluate them to plan to upgrade each level and reach the ideal level.
