چكيده فارسي :
با توجه به توسعه برون‌زاي تهران و الحاق بسياري از روستاهاي پيرامون، بخش عمده‌اي از اين شهر را بافت‌هاي روستا- شهري با شرايط خاص اكولوژيك و اجتماعي در بر مي‌گيرد. اين بافت‌ها ضمن اينكه در معرض نابودي كيفيت‌هاي اكولوژيك و اجتماعي هستند، خدمات و تسهيلات شهري را به صورت شايسته‌اي دريافت نمي‌كنند. تسلط مشكلات اكولوژيكي، كالبدي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و غيره در اين بافت‌ها، تدوين برنامه جامعي در جهت تجديد حيات پايدار شهري را ايجاب مي‌كند. اين پژوهش درصدد تدوين چارچوب مفهومي تجديد حيات پايدار شهري است تا از اين طريق زمينه ارتقاي كيفيت زندگي و حل مشكلات در سه بعد اجتماعي، اقتصادي و زيست‌محيطي را در اين بافت‌ها فراهم كند. همچنين براي ايجاد موازنه بين توسعه و حفاظت محيط‌زيست و توجه به ماهيت اكولوژيك بافت‌هاي روستا- شهري كاربست شبكه‌هاي سبز براي تدوين چارچوب مفهومي مذكور انتخاب شده است. اين مطالعه براساس مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي، از طريق تحليل محتواي كيفي متون بر رويكرد تجديد حيات پايدار شهري و شبكه سبز به استخراج اهداف تجديد حيات پايدار شهري و سياست‌هاي طراحي شبكه سبز پرداخته است. سپس مفاهيم استخراج‌شده در چارچوبي مفهومي تدوين شده است. در چارچوب مفهومي مذكور، شبكه‌هاي سبز به‌عنوان ابزاري براي ايجاد هويت و حس مكان، اقتصاد محلي، به‌هم‌پيوستگي و اتصالات، عملكردهاي چندگانه، مكان‌سازي و مكان‌يابي عرصه‌هاي همگاني و سبز، توسعه كالبدي همساز با اقليم، يكپارچگي منظر اكولوژيكي و طراحي همساز با محيط در مقياس‌هاي مختلف شهري، محلي، شبكه‌هاي سبز و اجزاي اين شبكه ارايه شده است.

According to the development of Tehran and the joint of many rural contexts surrounding it, urban-rural contexts with special ecological and social conditions constitute a major
part of Tehran. While the ecological and social qualities of these contexts are exposed to
destruction, on the other hand, urban facilities and services are not properly received. The
dominance of ecological, physical, social, and economic problems in these contexts requires
the comprehensive plan to sustainable urban regeneration. This study aims to formulate the
conceptual framework for sustainable urban regeneration in order to improve the quality of
life and solving (social, economic, and environmental) problems in these contexts. Also, in
order to make an equilibrium between development and environmental conservation and
attention to the ecological nature of urban-rural contexts, the green network approach has
been chosen to formulate the conceptual framework. This study is based on library studies,
through qualitative content analysis on sustainable urban regeneration and green network,
sustainable urban regeneration goals and green network design policies have been extracted.
In conceptual framework, green network has been used as tools to create identity and sense
of place, local economy, linkage and connections, multiple functions, placemaking and spatial
arrangement of public and green space, climate compatible development, ecological integrity
for landscape, compatible design with environment in multi-level of urban, neighborhood,
green network and components of green network.
