تكامل روش علمي استاد موسويان از روش فقه‌محور تا روش اسلام‌محور

Evolution of Professor Mousaviyan's scientific method from jurisprudence-based method to Islam-based method

استاد موسويان عمر پژوهشي خود در عرصه اقتصاد اسلامي را كه از حدود سال‌ 1373 به صورت جدي آغاز شد، در موضوع ربا، بانكداري و بازارهاي مالي اسلامي صرف كرد و در ساير موضوعات اقتصاد اسلامي كمتر پژوهش كرده و قلم زده است. روش علمي ايشان در پرداختن به مباحث بانكداري و مالي اسلامي از اولين كتاب‌ها و مقالاتي كه در اين زمينه نوشته تا آخرين آثاري كه از ايشان به جا مانده است، دچار تحولاتي گشته است. در اين مقاله به بررسي اين تحولات به روش تحليل متن درباره مقالات و كتاب‌هاي ايشان پرداخته مي‌شود و با مروري بر آثار استاد موسويان نشان داده مي‌شود كه ايشان در روش مطالعاتي خود در عرصه بانكداري و بازارهاي مالي از روش فقه‌محور به سمت روش اسلام‌محور حركت كرده است. در روش فقه‌محور نيز دو مرحله روش فقهي‌سازي و روش تأسيس فقهي را پشت سر گذاشته و در روش اسلام‌محور نيز مي‌توان دو مرحله اسلامي‌سازي و تأسيس بر اساس ثابتات اسلام را در آثار ايشان مشاهده كرد. در نهايت نيز به نقد و بررسي روش ايشان پرداخته شده است.

Professor Mousaviyan spent his research life in the field of Islamic economics, which began in earnest around 1373 SH, in the subject of usury, banking and Islamic financial markets, and he has done less research and writing in other subjects of Islamic economics. His scientific method in dealing with Islamic banking and finance has undergone changes from the first books and articles he wrote in this field to the latest works left by him. In this article, these developments are examined by analyzing the text of his articles and books, and by reviewing the works of Professor Mousaviyan (may God have mercy on him), it is shown that in his study method in the field of banking and financial markets, he has moved from the jurisprudence-based method to the Islam-oriented method. In the jurisprudence-based method, two stages of jurisprudence-making method and jurisprudential establishment method have been passed, and in the Islam-oriented method, two stages of Islamization and establishment based on Islamic principles can be seen in his works. Finally, his method has been criticized.
