در اين پژوهش امكان استنباط از بررسي مقايسه اي سبك آموزش نظامي در غرب و اسلام با تأكيد بر وست پوينت و يك مركز نظامي سپاه مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. هدف اصلي پژوهش شناسايي و احصاء موارد آسيب زا است كه بر اثر عدم آشنايي با نوع آموزش و فرهنگ غربي كه ممكن است بر آموزش پاسداران تأثيرگذار باشد و ارائه الگوي مطلوب براي سبك آموزش نظامي به منظور تعالي افسران ميتواند اثرات مثبت داشته و دقت آن‌ها را در اجراي مأموريت‌ها بالا برده و فرهنگ خودي را گسترش داد. از نظر محقق ضرورت تحول در سبك آموزش متناسب با نيازهاي تخصصي روز، با محوريت ارزشهاي اقدامي مهم مينمايد. محقق با روش تطبيقي و به صورت كاربردي، با مطالعات نظري و اخذ نظر خبرگان با تجزيه تحليل به روش قياسي استقرائي به اين نتيجه ميرسد كه با استفاده از نقاط قوت و ضعف سبكهاي آموزش و تربيت ديني و غربي، مي‌توان نقاط قوت هر دو حوزه تربيتي و آموزشي اسلام و غرب را گزينش نموده و متوجه شد كه نيروهاي تربيت‌ يافته در دامن غرب نيروهايي هستند كه ضمانت اجرايي مقاصد استكبار براي غارت ملتها و تسلط بر آن‌ها ميباشند و در مقابل يك ارتش اسلامي هدفش كمك به ملتها و آزادي و حفظ و كرامت انسان هست. بر اين اساس پيشنهاداتي به كاربران و محققان مطرح مي سازد.

Based on this, it makes suggestions to users and researchers.
