چكيده فارسي :
اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﻘﺎﺿﺎ ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺮژي و ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾﺴﺖ، ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﯾﺠﺎد اﻧﻘﻼﺑﯽ در زﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻫﺎي اﻧﺮژي ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮازات آن، ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي اﻧﺮژي ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺷﺪه ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي، ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ در ﺣﺎل ﻇﻬﻮر ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺣﺘﻢ ﺑﺮ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ، ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداري و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﺎن ﻫﺎ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﯽ ﮔﺬارد. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﺎﻫﺪف ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮐﺎرآﯾﯽ اﻧﺮژي در ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﻣﺤﻠﻪ اي ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺪل ﻟﯿﺪ در راﺳﺘﺎي ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار در ﻣﺤﻠﻪ ﯾﻮﺳﻒ آﺑﺎد ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺷﺶ ﺗﻬﺮان اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﻧﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و روش ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ اي و داده ﻫﺎي ﺗﻔﻀﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺷﺶ ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﻮده و ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺪل ﻟﯿﺪ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻟﯿﺪ داراي ﺳﻪ دﺳﺘﻪ ﻣﻌﯿﺎر ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ و ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ )ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﻧﺰدﯾﮑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ، ﮐﺎﻫﺶ واﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻪ اﺗﻮﻣﺒﯿﻞ و ﺷﺒﮑﻪ دوﭼﺮﺧﻪ(، اﻟﮕﻮ و ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ واﺣﺪ ﻫﻤﺴﺎﯾﮕﯽ )ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺸﺮده، ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻼت ﻋﺒﻮر و ﻣﺮور، ﺗﻨﻮع ﻣﺴﮑﻦ و دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻀﺎي ﻫﺎي ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ(، زﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖ و ﺳﺎﺧﺖ وﺳﺎز ﺳﺒﺰ )ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺟﺰاﯾﺮ ﺣﺮارﺗﯽ، ﮐﺎرآﯾﯽ اﻧﺮژي زﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻫﺎ و ﮐﺎرآﯾﯽ اﻧﺮژي ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﺎن ﻫﺎ( اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺤﻠﻪ ﯾﻮﺳﻒ آﺑﺎد، در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع اﻣﺘﯿﺎز ﻣﺤﺪوده ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ از 27 اﻣﺘﯿﺎز ﻣﻤﮑﻦ ﺣﺪود 16/75 اﻣﺘﯿﺎز را ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آورده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﻧﯿﻤﯽ از اﻣﺘﯿﺎزﻫﺎ ﮐﺴﺐ ﺷﺪه- ﻗﺮار دارد و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات دﯾﮕﺮ در ﻣﺤﺪوده، ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ اﻧﺮژي ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪل ﻟﯿﺪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ازاﯾﻦ رو ﺿﺮوري اﺳﺖ اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ اﻧﺮژي ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﺼﺮف آن و دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ اﻧﺮژي ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮد و ﺑﺎ ﺑﺴﺘﺮ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺧﻮد ﺳﺒﺐ روﻧﻖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ-اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾﺴﺖ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﺷﺪه و ﻫﻢ زﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ ارﺗﻘﺎ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺑﻪ ﺣﻔﻆ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Rising demand for energy and an emphasis on environmental sustainability have revolutionized the energy infrastructure in the environment. At the same time, more distributed energy systems are emerging rapidly. These changes will definitely affect the design, operation and management of buildings. In this article, with the aim of evaluating energy efficiency at the neighborhood scale using the lead model for sustainable development in Yousefabad neighborhood of Tehran's sixth district . The type of applied research and study method is descriptive-analytical. The method of collecting library information and detailed data is in the sixth district of Tehran and data analysis has been done using the lead model. Findings show that Yousefabad neighborhood, in total, the score of the studied area out of 35 possible points has obtained about 20.75 points, which indicates that the situation is approximately approved - half of the points obtained - and with other changes. In the range, energy efficiency increases according to the lead model. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures related to energy with the aim of reducing its consumption and achieving energy efficiency, and with its cultural context, cause the socio-economic prosperity of the citizens' environment and at the same time improve the quality of the environment to conserve natural resources.
