تبيين سازماندهي سياسي فضاي شهري با رويكرد امنيت وانضباط اجتماعي (مطالعه موردي:منطقه 12 تهران)

Explaining the political organization of urban space with the approach of security and social discipline (Case study: zone 12 of Tehran)

همواره درامنيت و انضباط اجتماعي عوامل گوناگوني موثر هستند كه اين عوامل امروزه كلانشهرهاي ايران رابا مشكلات گسترده اي مواجه ساخته اند.در اين راستا همواره مناطق تجاري وخدماتي شهرها بيش از ساير مناطق با اين قبيل مشكلات مواجه هستندواين مساله دركاهش سطح رفاه شهروندان آن محدوده تاثير گذار بوده است.منطقه12تهران يكي ازمناطقي است كه به دليل دارا بودن موقعيت مركزي و مراكز خدماتي–تجاري وگردشگري با پديده هايي نظير اخلال امنيت و اخلال انضباط اجتماعي مواجه است كه اين مسائل در افزايش مشكلات منطقه موثر بوده است و امروزه با افزايش جرائم شهري در منطقه12،نه تنها اين پديده افزايش مهاجرت هاي ساكنين و ناهمگوني هاي اجتماعي-فرهنگي را درپي داشته است بلكه نظم اجتماعي را با چالش هايي جدي مواجه ساخته است.در همين زمينه پژوهش حاضرباروش توصيفي-تحليلي و كاربردي(عملي)-توسعه اي و از نوع پژوهش هاي اكتشافي،به ارائه الگوي سازماندهي سياسي فضاي شهري مبتني برامنيت وانضباط اجتماعي(منطقه12تهران)پرداخته است.ابزارگردآوري داده ها،يافته هاي كتابخانه اي وميداني(براساس پرسشنامه)مي باشد كه در اين راستا جامعه آماري تحقيق را كليه صاحب نظران حوزه هاي مطالعات شهري وجغرافياي سياسي تشكيل مي دهند كه حجم نمونه آن براساس مدل كوكران تعداد35نفر تخمين زده شد.پژوهش حاضر با استفاده ازآزمون ميانگين وضريب همبستگي پيرسون درنرم افزارspssبه ارزيابي آماره هاي توصيفي و سپس ارتباط ميان متغيرهاي سازماندهي سياسي فضاوعوامل امنيت وانضباط اجتماعي پرداخته است. نتايج نشان داد سازماندهي سياسي فضا در زمينه امنيت و انضباط شهري منطقه12در وضعيت مطلوبي قرارندارد وهمچنين ميان چالش هاي سازماندهي سياسي فضا و عوامل انضباط وامنيت شهري رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.

Various factors are always effective in social security and discipline,which have caused wide problems in Iranian metropolises today. In this regard, commercial and service areas of cities are always faced with such problems more than other areas, and this issue is effective in reducing the welfare of citizens in that area.Zone12 of Tehran is one of the regions that due to its central location and service-commercial and tourism centers is faced with phenomena such as security disruption and disruption of social discipline, which have been effective in increasing the problems of the region and today with increasing urban crime in Zone12 Not only has this phenomenon led to an increase in resident migration and socio-cultural heterogeneity,but it has also posed serious challenges to social order. In this regard, the present study is a descriptive-analytical and applied (practical) -developmental type.Exploratory research has presented a model of political organization of urban space based on security and social discipline(Zone12 of Tehran). Data collection tools are library and field findings (based on a questionnaire) in which the statistical population of the study is all Experts in the fields of urban studies and political geography, whose sample size was estimated based on Cochran's model of35 people.And social discipline.The results showed that the political organization of space in the field of urban security and discipline in Zone12 is not in a favorable situation and also there is a significant relationship between the challenges of political organization of space and the factors of urban discipline and security
