با توجه به سرعت انتقال اطلاعات (تاييد شده و تاييد نشده) در شبكه هاي اجتماعي از يك سو، و از طرف ديگر بكارگيري افراد آگاه يا نا‌آگاه در انتشار گسترده اخبار جعلي و تحريك رفتاري براساس آن، امروزه مديريت اجبار سازانه افكار عمومي با هدف ايجاد بي‌اعتمادي و شكاف بين مردم - حاكميت به عنوان اقدام موثر در جهت بي ثبات سازي داخلي مورد توجه دشمنان قرار گرفته است كه از آن مي‌توان به عنوان تهديد جديد در محيط امنيتي ياد كرد. هرچند كه تا كنون پژوهش‌هاي متعددي در خصوص شايعه از ديدگاه‌هاي مختلف خصوصا از ديدگاه قرآن و اثرات آن در جامعه توسط پژوهشگران صورت گرفته است اما در اين پژوهش تمركز بر تشريح مدل عمليات هيبريدي و نقش دروغ‌پردازي سازمان يافته توسط كشورهاي متخاصم و گروهك‌هاي ضد انقلاب در وقوع رخ داد‌هاي ضد امنيتي در داخل كشور مي‌باشد. اين پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به اين سوال است كه تاثير توليد اخبار جعلي و باز نشر گسترده آن در فرآيند تحريف و بي‌ثبات سازي فضاي اجتماعي كشور و به تبع آن ايجاد ناامني در جامعه چه ميزان است؟ فرضيه ما بر آن است كه مديريت فضاي سايبري موثرترين راهكار مقابله‌اي درعمليات هيبريدي است. لذا با استفاده از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي و داده كاوي از طريق آناليز آمار انتشار اخبار مربوط به شيوع ويروس كرونا در كشور، نقش و اهداف منافقين در پياده سازي مدل عمليات هيبريدي در كشور را مورد بررسي قرار داده و با ارائه راهكار‌هاي مقابله‌اي، برخي از پيشنهاد‌هاي تجويزي ارائه مي‌گردد.
