رخداد انقلاب اسلامي با مشاركت گسترده مردم،رويه تكيه دولت به طبقات خاص را دگرگون ساخت و تكيه نظام بيش از آنكه بر طبقه خاصي باشد بر عموم مردم قرار گرفت.با پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي در بهمن 57 و نقش محوري مردم در تحقق اين انقلاب ، امام (ره) اين انقلاب را انقلابي متفاوت با ساير انقلاب هاي در جهان مي دانست كه متعلق به مردم است و ويژگي برجسته آن حضور مردم در تمامي صحنه ها مي باشد. در انديشه امام(ره) جمله كليدي "سپردن نهايي امور به دست مردم " و"حضور ملت در صحنه" شاه بيت تفكر امنيتي ايشان را تشكيل مي دهد واز نظر امام كه بنيانگذار اين انقلاب بوده اند رويكرد امنيتي انقلاب مردم پايه مي باشد و مردم به عنوان ركن اصلي در فرايند امنيت ايفاي نقش مي نمايند. تجربيات بيش از چهل ساله انقلاب اسلامي به وضوح نشان مي دهد رويكرد امنيتي كشور مردم پايه مي باشد اما در بعد نظري يك الگوي هدفمند ومنظم كه قابل ارائه در مجامع علمي و آكادميك و همچنين ارائه به ساير كشورها باشد وجود ندارد. در اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحليل گفتمان محقق با بررسي منابع ديني و انديشه امامين انقلاب در پي كشف مباني فرانظري نظريه امنيت پايه و پاسخ به سوال اصلي كه : مباني فرانظري امنيت مردم پايه در جمهوري اسلامي كدام هست؟ به تبيين مباني هستي شناسي،معرفت شناسي،انسان شناسي و روش شناسي امنيت مردم پايه پرداخته است.

The event of the Islamic Revolution with the widespread participation of the people, changed the way the government relied on certain classes and the system relied on the general public rather than on a particular class. He considered this revolution to be different from other revolutions in the world, which belong to the people, and its prominent feature is the presence of the people in all scenes. In Imam Khomeini's thought, the key phrase "final handing over of affairs to the people" and "presence of the nation on the scene" constitute the king of his security thinking. They play a key role in the security process. The main concern of the researcher in this article is to use the huge capacity of the people in the field of security. Of course, this issue has been implemented in practice with the experiences of more than four decades of the Islamic Revolution, but in the theoretical dimension does not have. an‎d the researcher is trying to answer the main question: What are the transtheoretical foundations of the security of the basic people in the Islamic Republic? The method of discourse analysis seeks to explain the basics of ontology, epistemology, anthropology and the methodology of basic people's security.
