پيشرفت به مفهوم رشد همه جانبه و تدريجي بخشهاي مختلف جامعه از بعد مادي ومعنوي رسيدن به وضعيت مطلوب مي باشد كه ابعاد مختلف اين پيشرفت بايد در يك سند بلند مدت و دقيق مشخص و برنامه ريزي شود و به عنوان يك سند بالادستي مورد تاكيد قرارگيرد.سند الگوي ايراني اسلامي پيشرفت نيز بر اين اساس درحال تدوين مي باشدكه براي 50 سال آينده كشور برنامه ريزي مي كند.اين مقاله به دنبال پاسخ به اين سوال است كه آيا تدوين حقوق همبستگي درسند الگوي ايراني اسلامي پيشرفت ضرورت دارد؟همچنين اين فرضيه مطرح مي شود كه با توجه به ضرورت ارتباط با جامعه بين المللي براي رسيدن به پيشرفت درعصركنوني،مشخص شدن جايگاه حقوق همبستگي درمهمترين سند پيشرفت كشور ضرورتي انكار ناپذير مي باشد.در نتيجه تدوين اين مفاهيم درسند موجب شفاف سازي ارتباط جمهوري اسلامي ايران باكشورهاي اسلامي وجامعه بين المللي شده كه اسناد زير بخشي نيز برنامه ريزي دقيقي در اين زمينه مي توانند انجام دهندو پيشرفت در مفهوم ايراني اسلامي محقق شود.

From the material and spiritual perspective, progress signifies the comprehensive and gradual growth of different sections of society with the aim of achieving the desired conditions. Axiomatically, various dimensions of this progress must be delineated and underscored in a long-term valid document. It is noteworthy that the Iranian-Islamic model of progress has been developed in such a manner. Here, the question arises as to what the solidarity rights position in this document is. Admittedly, this position is an indispensable portion of a nation’s progress. In respect to the common heritage of humanity in the document, both the Iranian-Islamic model of progress and the methods of implementing the pertinent concepts in the document are required be clearly defined. The development of these concepts in the document, which entails meticulous planning, has contributed to the Islamic Republic of Iran’s further transparency. Additionally, due to presenting these concepts in the document, the introduction of the definitions, which are in conflict with the Islamic system, has been avoided, and the progress in the concept of Islamic Iran shall be considered by the officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
