Assessing the spatial distribution of creativity indicators in the residential system of Hormozgan province

ﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ اﺑﻌـﺎد ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ ﻫـﺎﯾﯽ ﺧﻼﻗﯿـﺖ در ﻧﻈـﺎم ﺳـﮑﻮﻧﺘﮕﺎﻫﯽ اﺳـﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن ﭘﺮداﺧﺘـﻪ اﺳـﺖ . روش اﯾـﻦ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻـﯿﻔﯽ – ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠـﯽ و ﻣﺒﺘﻨـﯽ ﺑـﺮ روش ﻫـﺎي ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ اي و اﺳﻨﺎدي اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮرﮐﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس دو ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ ﺑﻨﯿﺎن ﻧﻬﺎده ﺷـﺪه اﺳﺖ ﻫﺪف اول ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي اﺛﺮﮔﺬار و ﮐﻠﯿﺪي در ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن و ﻫﺪف دوم دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﯾﮏ رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي از ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن ﺑﺮ اﺳـﺎس ﻣﯿﺰان ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﻫﺪف اول ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﻣﯿﮏ ﻣـﮏ )MICMAC( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آن ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن درﺻﺪ ﺗﮑﻨﺴﯿﻦ ﻫـﺎ و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن و درﺻﺪ ﻫﻨﺮﻣﻨﺪان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان اﺛﺮﮔﺬارﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ ﻫـﺎ در ﺗﺤﻘـﻖ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺧـﻼق در اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺎﭘﺨﺎﻧﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و ﻫﻨﺮي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﮐﻢ اﺛﺮﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎ در ﺗﺤﻘﻖ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺧﻼق ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ. در راﺳـﺘﺎي ﻫـﺪف دوم از ﻣﺪل ﺗﺎﭘﺴﯿﺲ )TOPSIS( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آن ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺑﻨـﺪرﻋﺒﺎس ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد اﺧﺘﺼﺎص داده اﺳﺖ و در ﻣﺮاﺗـﺐ ﺑﻨـﺪر ﻟﻨﮕـﻪ در رﺗﺒـﻪ دوم،ﻣﯿﻨﺎب در رﺗﺒﻪ ﺳﻮم، ﻗﺸﻢ در رﺗﺒـﻪ ﭼﻬـﺎرم، رودان در رﺗﺒـﻪ ﭘـﻨﺠﻢ، ﺑﺴـﺘﮏ در رﺗﺒـﻪ ﺷﺸـﻢ،ﭘﺎرﺳﯿﺎن در رﺗﺒﻪ ﻫﻔﺘﻢ، ﺣﺎﺟﯽ آﺑﺎد در رﺗﺒﻪ ﻫﺸﺘﻢ، ﺟﺎﺳﮏ در رﺗﺒﻪ ﻧﻬﻢ، ﺧﻤﯿﺮ در رﺗﺒـﻪ دﻫـﻢ، ﺳﯿﺮﯾﮏ در رﺗﺒﻪ ﯾﺎزدﻫﻢ، اﺑﻮﻣﻮﺳﯽ در رﺗﺒﻪ دوازدﻫﻢ و ﺑﺸﺎﮔﺮد در رﺗﺒﻪ آﺧﺮ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.

In line with the second goal, TOPSIS model was used and its results showed that Bandar Abbas with the value of Ci 1 has the highest level of creativity and in the port of Lengeh with the value of 0.815649 in the second place, Minab with the value of 124715 / 0 in the third rank, Qeshm with the value of 0.09292 in the fourth rank, Rudan with the value of 0.070436 in the fifth rank, Bastak with the value of 0.070352 in the sixth rank, Parsian with the value of 0.0586565 in the seventh rank, Hajiabad with the value of / 058778 0 in the eighth place, Jask with the value of 0.051672 in the ninth place, Khamir with the value of 0.04316 in the tenth place, Sirik with the value of 0.016682 in the eleventh place, Abu Musa with the value of 0.012988 in the twelfth place and Bashagard with the value of 0.008452 It is ranked last.
