سنتزپژوهي چالش‌ هاي انتقال از آموزش حضوري به آموزش مجازي در آموزش عالي با توجه به دنياگيري كوويد-19

Synthesis of the challenges of transfer from face-to-face education to virtual education in higher education with regard to the pandemic of Covid-19

اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش، كيفي از نوع سنتزپژوهي است. در اين پژوهش، براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از چارچوب ارائه شده توسط الو و كيگناس (2008) استفاده شد. قلمرو پژوهش و اصليترين منابع گردآوري داده ها، پژوهش هاي متعددي است كه متناسب با ارتباط موضوعي و به روش پريسما تعداد 69 نمونه به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در مراحل بعدي، كدگذاري و طبقه بندي اطلاعاتي انجام شد؛ كه حاصل تركيب مقولات و نتايج تحليل منجر به استخراج چارچوب مفهومي در ارتباط با چالش هاي انتقال از آموزش حضوري به آموزش مجازي و ارايه ي راهبردهاي مناسب براي اين انتقال گرديد. به طور كلي، چالش هاي انتقال به آموزش مجازي در چهار طبقه و 22 كد استخراج گرديد و راهبردهاي انتقال موفقيت آميز از آموزش حضوري به آموزش مجازي نيز در هفت طبقه و 17 كد ارايه شدند.

This research is applied in terms of purpose and synthesis in terms of method. The scope of research and the main sources of data collection are numerous studies that have been conducted since the outbreak of Covid-19 virus in connection with the challenges of transition from face-to-face to virtual education in Iran and abroad. 69 samples were purposefully selected. In the next steps, information coding and classification was performed; The combination of categories and the results of the analysis led to the extraction of a conceptual framework related to the challenges of transfer from face-to-face training to virtual training and the presentation of appropriate strategies for this transfer. In general, the challenges of transition to e-learning in two dimensions, macro and micro, were extracted in four categories and 22 codes, and successful transfer strategies from face-to-face to virtual education were presented in seven categories and 17 codes.
