چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف: ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎر اﺳﻼﻣﯽ و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ اﺷﺘﺮاك داﻧﺶ اﺳﺖ.روشﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ: روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻌﺪاد 380 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﭘﯿﺎم ﻧﻮر اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸـﺎه را ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان 191 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺖ. رواﯾـﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﺗﺄ ﯾﯿـ ﺪ ﭼﻨـﺪ ﺗـﻦ از اﺳـﺘﺎدان داﻧﺸﮕﺎه رﺳﯿﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮاي اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎر اﺳﻼﻣﯽ، رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ اﺷﺘﺮاك داﻧـﺶ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨـﺎن ﺑـﻪ ﺗﺮ ﺗﯿـ ﺐ )0/81، 0/78 و 0/75( اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﺧﻄﯽ و ﮔﺎمﺑﻪﮔﺎم در ﺳﻄﺢ 95% ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎر اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷـﻬﺮوﻧﺪ ي ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎ ﻧﯽ )0/666(، ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿـ ﺖ اﺷـﺘﺮاك داﻧﺶ )0/557( و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ اﺷﺘﺮاك داﻧﺶ )0/677( راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري دارد. از ﺳﻮي دﯾﮕﺮ، ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ رﻓﺘـﺎر ﺷـﻬﺮوﻧﺪ ي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎر اﺳﻼﻣﯽ و ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ اﺷﺘﺮاك داﻧﺶ داراي ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ )0/717( اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺤﺚ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺟﻬﺖ آزﻣﻮن ﻣﺪل ﻣﻔﻬـﻮﻣ ﯽ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻣـﺪل ﻣﻌـﺎدﻻت ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﺎر ي اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﺷـﺪ ﮐـﻪ ﻧﺘـ ﺎﯾﺞ ﺣـﺎﮐ ﯽ از ﺑـﺮازش 0/044 = RMSEA و 0/94=CFI( ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﻣﺪل ﺑﻮد و ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺪل ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ اراﯾﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻟﺬا داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻃﻪ ﻣـ ﯽﺗﻮاﻧـﺪ ﺑـﺮ اي اﻓـﺰ اﯾﺶ رﻓﺘﺎرﻫـ ﺎي ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿـ ﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎر اﺳﻼﻣﯽ و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺷﺎﯾﺎﻧﯽ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship Islamic Work Ethics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Knowledge Sharing Capability.
Methodology: The research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research consists of 380 employees of PNU of Kermanshah Province which 191 people were selected using Cochran formula. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 3 faculty members, and its reliability with Cronbach's alpha for professional ethics, organizational spirituality and creativity of staff was 81%, 78% and 75%, respectively.
Findings: The results of linear regression and step-by-step regression at the level of 95% indicated that Islamic Work Ethics with Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables (0.666) and Knowledge Sharing Capability (0.557) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Knowledge Sharing Capability (0.677) have a positive and significant relationship. On the other hand, the results of the research showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior is related to Islamic Work Ethics and Knowledge Sharing Capability of mediators (0.717). In this research, a structural equation model was used to test the conceptual model of the research.
Conclusion: The results indicated that the fitting (RMSEA = 0.044 and CFI = 0.94) was desirable for the model and therefore presented as an empirical model. So the relevant Department should pay close attention to the role of Islamic Work Ethics and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in increasing Knowledge Sharing Capability.
