چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر آﺷﮑﺎري ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي اﻣﺮوزي داﻧﺶ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ، زﻣﯿﻦ و ﻧﯿﺮوي ﮐﺎر اﺳﺖ. اﻣﺮوزه، ﺑﺮﺧﻮرداري از اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و داﻧﺶ روزآﻣﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺘﯽ اﺳﺘﻮار ﺑﺮاي اداﻣﻪ ﺣﯿﺎت ﻓﺮدي، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪي ﮐﻪ داﻧﺶ، ﺗﺒﺎدل و ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮔﯿﺮي داﻧﺶ، ﺟﺰء اﺳﺎﺳﯽ از ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ ﺗﻠﻘﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع، ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺘﺎد ﻣﺮﮐﺰي ﭘﻠﯿﺲ راﻫﻮر ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﺰرگ اﺳﺖ روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺤﻮه ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ روش ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﺟﺮﺳﯽ ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن 201 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺮآورد ﮔﺮﯾﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ رواﯾﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺧﻮاﻫﯽ از اﺳﺘﺎدان و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ )ﺑﺎﻻي 0/7( و ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ و ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ در ﻗﻠﻤﺮوي زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﺰ ﻣﺎه 1399 در ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري،
داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﭘﯽ ال اس ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ: اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺘﺎد ﻣﺮﮐﺰي ﭘﻠﯿﺲ راﻫﻮر ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﺰرگ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
It can be clearly said that in today's organizations, knowledge is the most important factor of production in relation to capital, land and labor. Today, having up-to-date information and knowledge has become a stable situation for the continuation of individual, social and organizational life to the extent that knowledge, exchange and application of knowledge is considered an essential component of organizations' capital. The research is the effect of organizational motivation on knowledge management with the mediating role of job satisfaction in the staff of the Greater Tehran Highway Police Headquarters. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and based on the method of data collection by survey method. Data collection tool is a standard questionnaire. Statistical sample using Jersey-Morgan table estimated 201 people. After confirming the validity by asking for opinions from professors and experts related to research and confirming the reliability of the questionnaire through Cronbach's alpha (above 0.7) and distributing and collecting the questionnaire in the time domain in the fall of 1399 in a statistical sample, data with PLS software were analyzed.
The results of the hypothesis test show that: Organizational motivation has a positive and significant effect on knowledge management with the mediating role of job satisfaction in the staff of the central headquarters of the Greater Tehran Traffic Police
