چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ و ﺑﻬﺮه وري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن و اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﯽ ﺑﺮ ﭼﮕﻮﻧﮕﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺻﺤﯿﺢ ﻣﺄﻣﻮرﯾﺖ ﻫﺎ و وﻇﺎﯾﻒ ﻣﺤﻮﻟﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﮔﺸﺖ اﻣﻨﯿﺖ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ و در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ راﻧﺪﻣﺎن ﮐﺎر ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﯿﮕﺬارد. ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ آﻧﻬﺎ ﻻزم اﺳﺖ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮارﮔﯿﺮد ﺗﺎ ﮔﺸﺖ ﻫﺎي اﻣﻨﯿﺖ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﻣﻘﺘﺪراﻧﻪ و ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ ﺗﺮ در ﺣﻮزه ﻣﺄﻣﻮرﯾﺖ و وﻇﺎﯾﻒ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﯽ ﺧﻮد ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮﺑﯽ و درﺳﺘﯽ اﯾﻔﺎي ﻧﻘﺶ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺘﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و روش اﻧﺠﺎم آن ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﮔﺸﺖ ﻫﺎي اﻣﻨﯿﺖ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﺰرگ در ﺣﺎل ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﺑﻮده و اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ )ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ( در ﻃﯿﻒ ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﻟﯿﮑﺮت ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ و رواﯾﯽ
آن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﺳﺘﺎدان ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن اﺻﻞ ﺗﺸﻮﯾﻖ و ﺗﻨﺒﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن، اﻗﺘﺪار و ﺷﺠﺎﻋﺖ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن، ﻣﺴﺆﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي و ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن، ﻧﻈﺎرت ﻣﻨﻄﻘﯽ و اﺻﻮﻟﯽ، ﻧﻈﻢ و اﻧﻀﺒﺎط، ﺛﺒﺎت ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن، ﭘﺸﺘﯿﺒﺎﻧﯽ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﯽ و ﻗﻀﺎﯾﯽ، ﺑﺎزﺧﻮردﮔﯿﺮي، اﯾﺠﺎد رﻗﺎﺑﺖ و ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺳﺎﻟﻢ، ﺑﺮﮔﺰاري ﮐﻼس ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ، آﺷﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺷﮕﺮد ﻣﺠﺮﻣﺎن، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ و راﯾﺎﻧﻪ اي، ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات ﺑﻪ روز، رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ، ارﺗﻘﺎي ﺳﻄﺢ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ، ﻗﺪرداﻧﯽ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن و ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﻫﺎي آﻧﺎن، ﻣﻬﺎرﺗﻬﺎي ﻓﺮدي، ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي ﺟﺴﻤﯽ و ﺟﺴﺎرت و روﺣﯿﻪ ﺑﺎﻻي ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ در ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﮔﺸﺖ ﻫﺎي اﻣﻨﯿﺖ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ دﺧﯿﻞ در ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﮔﺸﺖ ﻫﺎي اﻣﻨﯿﺖ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ از اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ و ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬاري ﻋﺒﺎرت اﻧﺪ از: ﻧﻘﺶ آﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ، ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات در دﺳﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن، اﻧﮕﯿﺰه ﺧﺪﻣﺘﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن و آﻣﻮزش
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: Considering the importance of the issue of efficiency and productivity of the organization and the fact that various factors affect the proper performance of missions and tasks assigned to moral security patrol staff, and It affects the result of work efficiency. In order to improve their performance and increase their efficiency, it is necessary to identify and analyze the issues and factors related to them, so that moral security patrols can authority and efficiently more and play their role well and correctly in the field of their legal mission and duties.
Method: This research is applied in nature and the method of doing is descriptive survey. The statistical population of this study is all employees who are active in moral security patrols of Great Tehran and the data collection tool was a questionnaire (researcher-made) designed in the Likert scale, which its reliable was approved through Cronbach's alpha and validated by the professors’ comment .
Findings: Factors such as the principle of encouraging and punishing employees, authority and bravery of commanders, responsibility and commitment of commanders, rational and principled supervision, discipline, stability of commanders' decisions, legal and judicial support, feedback, creating competition and healthy communication, holding Training classes, To find nobility with the tricks of criminals, use of electronic and computer equipment, up-to-date equipment, job satisfaction, scientific advancement, appreciation of employees and their families, individual skills, physical ability and courage and high morale of commanders are the most important factors in The efficiency of moral security patrols.
Conclusion: The most important factors involved in the efficiency of moral security patrols based on the results of this study, In order of importance and effectiveness, they are:: role-playing command and management, equipment in the hands of employees, service motivation of employees and training
