چكيده فارسي :
بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب به مثابه نقشه راه تعالي‌طلبي و تحقق تمدن نوين اسلامي است كه زمينه‌هاي طلوع خورشيد ولايت عظمي را فراهم مي‌سازد. روايات بسياري از ظرفيت ملي ايرانيان در سه محور علم، ايمان و دين حكايت مي‌نمايد. براي آزادسازي اين ظرفيت ملي بايد با راهبرد مديريت سرعت تحول از آسيب‌ها گذار كرده و دروازه‌هاي تعالي‌طلبي را با ايجاد انگيزش، پژوهش و نگرش گشود. و بازخواني هويت ملي ايرانيان از زبان اميرمومنان سرآغاز ايجاد انگيزش ملي و مراحل پسين آن خواهد بود تا آن‌كه ايرانيان با گذار از اين سه ايستگاه: 1. بازخواني هويت ملي؛ 2. توانمندسازي ملي؛ 3. رسالت زمينه‌سازي ظهور در پرتو تمدن زمينه‌ساز نقش‌آفرين باشند. شهر قم و علماء و انديشمندان آن در اين فرآيند از جايگاه ويژه‌اي برخوردارند كه در اين نوشتار با روش توصيفي و تحليلي به مجموعه روايات ناظر به نكات ياد شده پرداخته‌ايم.

The statement for the second step of the revolution is a roadmap for transcendence and the realization of a new Islamic civilization that provides the grounds for the rising of the great leadership Sun. Many narrations indicate the national capacity of Iranians in the three fields of science, faith and religion. To activate this national capacity, it is necessary to overcome the harms with the strategy of Management of Rapid Transformation and open the gates of transcendence by creating motivation, research and attitude. The re-reading of the Iranian national identity according to the Amir al-Mo'menan will be the beginning of creating a national motivation and its final stages so that the Iranians, by passing through three stations: 1. Re-reading the national identity; 2. National empowerment; 3. The mission of laying the groundwork for emergence, in the light of civilization laying the groundwork for the Appearance , play a role The city of Qom and its scholars and thinkers have a special position in this process. In this article, with a descriptive and analytical method, we have dealt with the collection of narrations regarding the mentioned points.
