سنجش نيازهاي پژوهشي در گستره مناسبات آموزه مهدويت و مطالعات مديريت

Measuring research needs in the field of Mahdism doctrine and management studies

نيازسنجي پژوهشي به فرايند شناسايي نيازهاي پژوهشي بالقوه و تعيين اولويت ها اشاره مي كند. در اين پژوهه خواهيم كوشيد با هدف ارتقاي كيفي مهدويت پژوهي و تعميق رويكرد بينارشته اي در اين زمينه، مهم ترين نيازهاي «مهدويت پژوهي» با رويكرد «مديريت» را ارايه كنيم. آن‌چه شايان توجه مي‌باشد اين است كه اين نوشتار «تعيين جهت گيري مناسب در عرصه مهندسي فرهنگ انتظار»،‌ «كشف فرصت ها و تهديدات»،‌ «فرصت جويي هوشمندانه» و «درك بهتر از راهبردهاي رقيب» را از مهم ترين كاركردهاي مهدويت پژوهي با رويكرد مديريت مي‌داند. نتايج حاصل از تحليل و تركيب داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده نشان مي‌دهد كه ساحت هاي قابل تامل در پيوند ميان مهدويت پژوهي و مديريت را بايد در «مديريت مسايل عمومي»، «مديريت رفتارسازماني»، «مديريت راهبردي و «آينده پژوهي» پيگيري كرد. بايد اذعان داشت كه فاصله ميان وضع موجود و مطلوب در مهدويت پژوهي با رويكرد مديريت فراوان است و مسايل فراواني در ساحت هاي گوناگون هنري در پيوند با آموزه مهدويت ظرفيت براي تحقيق و پژوهش را دارد. در اين جستار به بيش از صد و شصت مسيله قابل تامل در مهدويت پژوهي با رويكرد مديريت اشاره شده است.

Research needs assessment refers to the process of identifying potential research needs and setting priorities. In this study, we will try to provide the most important needs of "Mahdism and Research" with the approach of "management" with the aim of improving the quality of Mahdism-research and deepening the interdisciplinary approach in this field. What is noteworthy is that this article highlights the importance of "determining the right direction in the field of waiting culture engineering", "discovering opportunities and threats", "smart intelligence" and "better understanding of competing strategies". The most important functions of Mahdism are research with a management approach. The results of the analysis and combination of the collected data show that areas of consideration in the link between Mahdism, research and management should be pursued in "public affairs management", "organizational behavior management", "strategic management" and "future research". . It should be acknowledged that the gap between the current and favorable situation in Mahdism-research with the management approach is abundant and many issues in various fields of art in connection with the doctrine of Mahdism have the capacity for research. This paper addresses more than one hundred and sixty issues to consider in Mahdism, a project with a management approach.
