چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: يكي از كاربردهاي اصلي اينترنت، برقراري ارتباط اجتماعي كاربران با يكديگر است؛ اما امروزه نه تنها فضاي مجازي يك فضاي سرگرمي و يا ارتباط جمعي مي‌باشد، بلكه به يك بازار جهاني از نوع تجارت و داد و ستد تبديل گرديده است و در اين ميان نيز پديده‌هاي جرم و چالش‌هاي مرتبط با آن رشد و نمو پيدا كرده و بسياري از كاربران را با مشكلات عديده‌اي روبرو ساخته است. اخيراً موضوعاتي از قبيل قماربازي و شرط‌بندي به سايت‌هاي اينترنتي كوچ كرده‌اند. امروزه، با چند كليك ساده در انواع و اقسام شرط‌بندي‌ها مانند پيش‌بيني فوتبال، پوكر، كازينو و ده‌ها بازي و سرگرمي ديگر مي‌توان شركت نمود. شرط‌بندي‌هاي اينترنتي به اين شيوه، از مصاديق قمار است و برابر ماده 705 قانون مجازات اسلامي، قماربازي با هر وسيله‌اي ممنوع است و مرتكبان آن به يك تا شش ماه حبس يا 74 ضربه شلاق محكوم مي‌شوند. اما با توجه به مشكلات بسياري كه فراروي تدابير كيفري وجود دارد، سياست پيشگيري از وقوع اين جرائم مناسب‌ترين تدبير سياست جنايي است. در اين ميان، پيشگيري وضعي يكي از اقدامات مهم و كاربردي محسوب مي‌شود. هدف از اين پژوهش، نقش پليس در راهبردهاي پيشگيري از جرايم سايبري با رويكردي بر سايت‌هاي شرط‌بندي است.
روش‌شناسي: اين تحقيق به لحاظ روش انجام كار توصيفي- تحليلي و به لحاظ هدف كاربردي است. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات استفاده از منابع كتابخانه‌اي مي‌باشد.
يافته‌ها: پليس مي‌تواند با بهره‌مندي از آموزه‌هاي جرم‌شناسي سايبري، تحليل مسائل مجرمانه و ناهنجار فضاي مجازي، بزهكار يا مجرم سايبري را شناسايي كند و راهكارهايي را براي حذف يا محدود كردن اين عوامل تعيين كرده و با همكاري نهادهاي مسئول در كنترل يا مراقبت عوامل مذكور، اجرا كند.
نتيجه‌گيري: از ديرباز نقش پليس كه با نظم و امنيت كشور سروكار دارند، در راهبردهاي پيشگيري از جرايم سايبري با تمركز بر سايت‌هاي شرط‌بندي غيرقابل‌انكار است و ضرورت اين سازمان امنيتي جهت پيشگيري از جرم و كاهش جرايم احتمالي نمايان است.

and betting have moved to websites. Today, with a few simple clicks, you
can participate in all kinds of bets, such as football predictions, poker,
casinos, and dozens of other games and entertainment. Internet betting in
this way is an example of gambling, and according to Article 705 of the
Islamic Penal Code, gambling with any means is prohibited, and the
perpetrators are sentenced to one to six months in prison or 74 lashes.
However, considering the many problems facing criminal measures, the
policy of preventing the occurrence of these crimes is the most appropriate
criminal policy measure. Meanwhile, situational prevention is one of the
most important and practical measures. The purpose of this study is the role
of police in cybercrime prevention strategies with an approach to betting
sites. This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of
method and applied in terms of purpose. Data collection tool is the
use of library resources. The police can benefit from the teachings of cybercrime,
analyze criminal and anomalous cyberspace issues, identify a
cybercriminal or criminal and determine solutions to eliminate or limit these
factors and with the cooperation of responsible institutions in controlling or
monitoring these factors. Run. For a long time, the importance of the police
forces that deal with the order and security of the country has been undeniable, and the necessity of this security organization is not hidden
from anyone. The role of the police, which deals with the order and
