ﺗﻤﺪن و ﺗﻤﺪن ﺳﺎزي از ﻗﺪﯾﻢ داراي ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻓﺮاز وﻧﺸﯿﺐﻫﺎي ﻓﺮاوان ﺑﻮده و ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي آنرا دﺳﺖ ﺧﻮش ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺷﮑﻠﯽ و ﻫﻮﯾﺘﯽ ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ. ﺗﻤﺪن اﺳﻼﻣﯽ از ﺑﺮﺟﺴﺘﮕﯽﻫﺎي ﻣﺎدي و ﻣﻌﻨﻮي وﯾﮋهاي ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. ﮐﺸﻮر ﻣﺎ ﻧﻈﺎم اﺳﻼﻣﯽ را ﺑﺎ اﻟﮕﻮﮔﯿﺮي ازوﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﺗﻤﺪن اﺳﻼﻣﯽ و ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮﮐﺖ ﻣﺠﺎﻫﺪات رﻫﺒﺮي ﻓﻘﯿﺪﻣﺎن اﯾﺠﺎد ﮐﺮد. اﮔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻤﺪن اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﻧﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﯿﻢ، ﻋﻠﯿﺮﻏﻢ ﮐﻮﺷﺶ ﺣﺎﮐﻤﺎن و زﻣﺎﻣﺪاران ﻣﺼﻠﺢ، دﺳﺖ اﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎرﮔﺮان ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﺑﺰار ﻓﻨﺎوري وﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي ﻏﯿﺮﺳﺎزﻧﺪه، ﺗﺒﻠﯿﻐﺎت ﻣﺨﺮب و ﺗﻬﺎﺟﻢ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺮوﯾﺞ ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺗﺨﺮﯾﺐ ﮔﺮاﯾﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﻪدﻧﺒﺎل اﺳﺘﺤﺎﻟﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺗﻤﺪن و ﻧﻈﺎم اﺳﺖ. ﻣﺴﺌﻠﮥ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺠﺮه ﻃﯿﺒﻪ، ﺗﻤﺪن ﺳﺎزي اﺳﻼﻣﯽ را ﺣﯿﺎت ﻃﯿﺒﻪاي ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﻮي و ﺳﺎﻟﻢ ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي، زﻧﺪﮔﯽ دﻧﯿﻮي و اﺧﺮوي ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻧﺎن را ارﺗﻘﺎ داده و ازﺗﻮﻃﺌﻪﻫﺎ و رذﯾﻠﺖﻫﺎي ﺗﻤﺪن ﻏﺮب ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ واز ﺗﺮوﯾﺞ ﻓﺴﺎد ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﮥ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻧﺎﺳﺎﻟﻢ، ﮐﻪ ﭼﺎﻟﺸﯽ درﺳﻄﺢ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ وﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺖ، ﻣﻤﺎﻧﻌﺖ ﺑﻪﻋﻤﻞﻣﯽآورد. ﺳﺆال ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﻣﯿﺰان اﺛﺮﮔﺬاري ﺗﻤﺪن اﺳﻼﻣﯽ در اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي و ﻓﻨﺎوري در ﻋﺼﺮ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت اﺳﺖ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﻲ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﮥ ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻣﺤﻘﻘﯿﻦ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﻮك آﯾﻨﺪه وﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮات ﻓﻨﺎوريﻫﺎي ﻏﯿﺮ ﺳﺎزﻧﺪه، ﺿﺮورت اﺧﻼﻗﯽﺷﺪن ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي و ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪ آن را ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق و ﺗﻤﺪن اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮐﺮده و ﺑﺎ اراﺋﻪ ﻣﺪل ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﺨﺺﮐﺮدن اﺛﺮات ﺗﻤﺪن اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺑﺎ اﻟﻬﺎمﮔﯿﺮي از ﺷﺠﺮه ﻃﯿﺒﻪ اﺛﺮات ﻓﻮق را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ و راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي آﺳﯿﺐﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻧﻪ را از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع اراﺋﻪ ﻣﯽﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ.
