The concept of social security system in the Crimean government of the Promised Mehdi (as) with emphasis on the Quranic concept of Hayat Tayyeba

تأمين اجتماعي در مفهوم رايج آن، به تأمين نيازهاي مادي محدود ميشود. از آن‌جا كه از سويي بنابر روايات متواتر، دولت كريمۀ مهدي موعود عج ، دولتي عدالت گستر معرفي و از سوي ديگر در انديشۀ معاصر بشري، يكي از اركان تحقق عدالت اجتماعي، تأمين اجتماعي در مفهوم رايج آن تلقي شده است، اين پرسش مطرح است كه تأمين اجتماعي در دولت مهدوي عج داراي چه مفهومي و تامين‌كنندۀ كدام نيازهاست و آيا ميتوان آن را محدود به مفهوم رايج آن تصور كرد؟ فرضيۀ اين پژوهش آن است كه با توجه به اين‌كه دولت منجي موعود عج ، دولتي با حاكميت قرآن كريم است، قهراً تمامي راهكارهاي عدالتگستري از جمله تأمين اجتماعي، داراي رويكرد و مفهومي قرآني خواهد بود؛ از اين رو، اين پژوهش، در پيِ مفهوم قرآني تأمين اجتماعي و جايگاه آن در دولت منجي موعود عج است. از سوي ديگر، از آن‌جا كه هدف نظام تأمين اجتماعي، حتي در مفهوم رايج و متداول آن، نهايتاً تأمين آرامش انسان است و به نظر ميرسد اين هدف، ارتباطي تنگاتنگ با حيات طيبه انسان دارد، در اين پژوهش به مفهوم‌شناسي تأمين اجتماعي در دولت مهدوي عج با تأكيد بر مفهوم حيات طيبه پرداخته شده است. براين اساس، مفهوم نظام تأمين اجتماعي در دوران ظهور، مفهومي ايمان‌مدار و عمل صالح‌محور خواهد بود. دو عنصري كه هم در اعتقاد به مهدويت و هم در زمينهسازي دوران ظهور نقش بسيار سازندهاي دارد. اين تلقي از تأمين اجتماعي، موجب خواهد شد كه در دوران انتظار، تمامي انديشهها و قوانين تأمين اجتماعي در جوامع قرآن‌مدار، در راستاي مفهوم آن در دولت مهدوي عج و براي تأمين نيازهاي مادي و معنوي و در نتيجه كرامت، امنيت و آرامش هر دو جهاني انسان اجتماعي تنظيم گردد و تمامي تصميمات و راهكارها در راستاي تأمين ايمان و عمل صالح باشد و نه آنچه كه در انديشۀ سكولار و تنها براي تأمين جنبه هاي محدود مادي و لذتهاي دنيوي مطرح شده است؛ كه در اين صورت زمينه ساز تشكيل هرچه زودتر دولت مهدوي عج خواهد بود.

Social security in its common sense is limited to meeting material needs. Since, on the one hand, according to successive narrations, the Crimean government of the Promised Mehdi (pbuh) has been introduced as a just government, and on the other hand, in contemporary human thought, one of the pillars of social justice is social security in its current sense. The question is what is the meaning of social security in the Mahdavi government and what needs are it and can it be considered limited to its current meaning? The hypothesis of this research is that considering that the government of the Promised Savior (AS) is a government with the rule of the Holy Quran, all the solutions for justice, including social security, will have a Quranic approach and concept; Hence, this research seeks the Quranic concept of social security and its place in the government of the Promised Savior. On the other hand, since the purpose of the social security system, even in its common sense, is ultimately to provide human peace, and it seems that this goal is closely related to the good life of man, in this study on the concept of social security In the Mahdavi government, the concept of Hayat Tayyeba has been emphasized. Accordingly, the concept of the social security system at the time of emergence will be a concept of faith-based and righteous action. Two elements that play a very constructive role both in the belief in Mahdaviat and in the context of the period of emergence. This perception of social security will cause that while waiting, all the ideas and laws of social security in Quranic societies, in line with its concept in the Mahdavi government and to meet the material and spiritual needs and as a result, dignity, security an‎d the peace of both worlds of social man should be regulated and all decisions and solutions should be in the direction of securing faith and righteous deeds, and not what has been proposed in secular thought and only to provide the limited material aspects and worldly pleasures; In this case, it will pave the way for the formation of the Mahdavi government as soon as possible.
