چكيده فارسي :
در اقتصاد مبتني بر دانش سازمان هايي موفقند كه، از اين دارايي ناملموس به نحو بهتر و سريع تري استفاده مي كنند. تحقيقات حاكي از آن است، دانش با ارزش ترين و راهبردي ترين منبع در محيط كسب و كار امروزي است. در اين راستا مديريت دانش و سرمايه فكري به عنوان يكي از شاخصه هاي اصلي در دانشگاه ها تبديل شده، كه وظيفه و هدف اصلي آن ها توليد و انتشار دانش است. مديران مي دانند كه آن ها مجبور به اداره فرآيند يادگيري و اندازه گيري نتايج آن هستند. با اين حال، سازمان ها، مدل دانشي و ابزار مناسب اندازه گيري براي بررسي نتايج يادگيري هاي شان ندارند. از اين رو در اين پژوهش تلاش مي شود مدلي مناسب جهت سنجش سرمايه ساختاري (به عنوان يكي از اجزاي اصلي سرمايه فكري) طراحي شود. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش گردآوري داده ها تركيبي مي باشد. ابتدا از مطالعات ادبيات و مصاحبه با خبرگان فن، مدل مفهومي تحقيق استخراج شد. نمونه 9 نفر روش كيفي به روش گلوله برفي انتخاب گرديد. و نيز جهت بررسي شاخص هاي استخراج شده و مدل موجود تعداد 70 پرسشنامه به روش تصادفي ساده بين اساتيد و خبرگان در دسترس توزيع شد. در نهايت با استفاده از آزمون هاي مختلف (پايايي، روايي همگرا، روايي تشخيصي، تحليل رگرسيون، تحليل بار عاملي) اعتبار شاخص ها مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و در جهت تاييد مدل از مدل معادلات ساختاري و نرم افزار پي ال اس استفاده شد.

In a knowledge-based economy, there are successful organizations that use this intangible asset better and faster. Research shows that knowledge is the most valuable and strategic resource in today's business environment. In this regard, knowledge management and intellectual capital has become one of the main characteristics in universities, whose main task and purpose is to produce and disseminate knowledge. Managers know that they have to manage the learning process and measure the results. However, organizations do not have the appropriate knowledge model and measurement tools to evaluate their learning outcomes. Therefore, in this research, an attempt is made to design a suitable model for measuring structural capital (as one of the main components of intellectual capital). The present study is applied in terms of purpose and combined in terms of data collection method. First, a conceptual model of research was extracted from literature studies and interviews with technical experts. A sample of 9 people was selected by qualitative method using snowball method. Also, 70 questionnaires were distributed among the available professors and experts in a simple random method to evaluate the extracted indices and the existing model. Finally, using various tests (reliability, convergent validity, diagnostic validity, regression analysis, factor load analysis), the validity of the indicators was examined and in order to confirm the model, the structural equation model and PLS software were used.
