The Role of the Early Maladaptive Schemas in Predicting the Students' Career Adaptability

مقدمه: در دنياي كار امروز كه تغييرات مكرر از جمله ويژگي هاي آن است ساويكاس، انطباق پذيري مسير شغلي را مهمترين بعد در رشد و تكامل مسير شغلي افراد مي داند. به دليل اهميت انطباق پذيري مسير شغلي، لزوم بررسي سازه هاي مختلف روانشناختي در ارتباط با آن اهميت مي يابد كه به نظر مي رسد در اين ميان، طرحواره هاي ناسازگار اوليه موضوع قابل تأملي باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پاسخگويي به اين پرسش كه "كدام حوزه يا حوزه هاي طرح واره ها تأثير بيشتري بر انطباق پذيري مسير شغلي دانشجويان دارد؟" انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش، توصيفي، از نوع همبستگي و ابزار پژوهش، دو پرسشنامه ي طرحواره هاي ناسازگار اوليه يانگ و انطباق پذيري مسير شغلي ساويكاس بود. جامعه آماري شامل كليه دانشجويان دانشگاه ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالي كشور در سال 98، روش نمونه گيري، غيرتصادفي با تغييرات بيشينه وحجم نمونه 849 نفر بود. تحليل داده ها با استفاده از نسخه 24 نرم افزار spss و به روش رگرسيون گام به گام انجام شد. يافته­ ها: نتايج نشان داد از 5 حوزه ي طرحواره ها ،4 حوزه ي "خودگرداني و عملكرد مختل"،" گوش به زنگي"،"محدوديت هاي مختل" و" قطع و بريدگي" مجموعا قادر به تبيين 21 درصد واريانس متغير ملاك(انطباق پذيري مسير شغلي) بوده و حوزه ي "ديگر جهت مندي" قادر به تببين اين متغيرنبوده است. نتيجه­ گيري: به دليل نقش مهم طرحواره ها در ابعاد مختلف زندگي از جمله انطباق پذيري مسير شغلي كمك به دانشجويان جهت شناسايي و تعديل طرحواره هاي ناسازگارشان پيشنهاد مي شود.

While today's world of careers is experiencing repeated changes, Savickas introduces career adaptability as the most crucial dimension in growth and development of career path. Due to the importance of career adaptability , the study different psychological structures such as the primary maladaptive schemas necessitates. The aim of the present survey has been to answer the question, "which field/s of schemas has the most influence upon students' career adaptability?" The method of study is descriptive correlation research, and Young's primary maladaptive schemas questionnaire and Savickas' career adaptability questionnaire are the couple of tools utilized in this survey. The statistic population includes all the university students of country in the year 1399, The sampling method was non-random, with the maximum change and sample volume including 849 students. The data analysis is performed by SPSS 24th edition, through step by step regression. According to the results achieved from 5 fields of schemas, four fields of " Impaired autonomy and performance","vigilance"," Impaired limits", and "Disconnection and Rejection" together explained %21 of variation of (career adaptability), and "orientation" as the other field was unable to explain this variable. Due to the critical role of schemas in different dimensions of life including career adaptability, it is recommended to help students recognize and adjust their maladaptive schemas.
