چكيده فارسي :
داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﺟﺎﻣﻊ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري و اﻧﮕﯿﺰه ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﮐﻪ اﮐﺜﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺟﺎﻣﻊ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران را ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽ دﻫﻨﺪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري، اﻧﮕﯿﺰه ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ و ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺿﺮورﯾﺎت اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻣﺪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد. اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﻧﮕﯿﺰه و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﺑﻬﺮه وري آن ﻫﺎ در ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﻮد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري و اﻧﮕﯿﺰه ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺟﺎﻣﻊ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ و روش ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﻃﯽ ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎي 99-98 ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﮐﺮﺟﺴﯽ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد 210 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري واﻟﺘﻮن، ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﻫﺮﻣﻨﺲ و ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﺷﺮر و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎي رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮه، ﺗﯽ ﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي و ﻫﻢ ﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري و اﻧﮕﯿﺰه ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Comprehensive universities of applied sciences to improve learning should pay attention to the quality of work life and motivation of students to progress. Considering that the majority of students of the Comprehensive University of Applied Sciences of Mazandaran Police Command are law enforcement personnel, quality of work life, motivation for progress and self-efficacy are among the most important necessities that should be considered. Increasing students' motivation and quality of work life can increase their performance and productivity in learning. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between quality of work life and achievement motivation with self-efficacy of students of the Comprehensive University of Applied Sciences of Mazandaran Disciplinary Command. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method of data collection. The statistical population includes all students during the years 98-99, based on Krejcie and Morgan table from 450 people, of which 210 people were selected by stratified random sampling method. Walton Quality of Work Life Questionnaire, Hermans Progress Motivation Questionnaire and Scherer et al.'s General Self-Efficacy Questionnaire were used to collect data. Multivariate regression, one-sample t-test and Pearson correlation tests were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between quality of work life and motivation for achievement with self-efficacy.
