Investigating the relationship between employees' marriage delay and the factors influencing it. (Case study: governmental and non-governmental departments of Savadkuh and North Savadkuh)

ﻫﺪف: ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑـ ﯿﻦ ﺗـﺄﺧﯿﺮ ازدواج و ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎ ﻧﯽ ﺑـ ﺎ ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻧﻘـﺶ ﻣﯿــﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﮔــﺮي اﺑﻌــﺎد ﺳــﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﻓــﺮدي، اﻗﺘﺼــﺎدي و اﺟﺘﻤــﺎﻋﯽ در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨــﺎن ادارات دوﻟﺘــﯽ و ﻏﯿﺮدوﻟﺘــﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺎي ﺳﻮادﮐﻮه و ﺳﻮادﮐﻮه ﺷﻤﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ و داده ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑـﺎ روش ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧـﻪ اي و ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﮔﺮدآوري ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﻤﺎم اﻓـﺮاد ﻣﺠـﺮد ادارات دوﻟﺘـﯽ و ﻏﯿﺮدوﻟﺘـﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮﺳـﺘﺎن ﺳﻮادﮐﻮه و ﺳﻮادﮐﻮه ﺷﻤﺎﻟﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺣﺠﻢ ﮔﺮوه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 152 ﻧﻔـﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧـﺪ ﮐـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﺷـﯿﻮه ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ ﮔﯿـﺮي در دﺳﺘﺮس اﻓﺮاد ﻣﺠﺮد، اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و اﺑﺰار ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘـﻖ ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺑـﻮده اﺳـﺖ. ﭘﺎﯾـﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳـﺶ ﻧﺎﻣـﻪ ﺗـﺄﺧﯿﺮ ازدواج، 0/812 و ﭘﺮﺳـﺶ ﻧﺎﻣـﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، 0/675 و ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﻓﺮدي و ﺧﺎﻧﻮادﮔﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، 0/934 ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ و رواﯾﯽ اﺑﺰار ﺑﺎ روش رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓـﺖ. ﻫـﻢ ﭼﻨـﯿﻦ ﺗﺠﺰﯾـﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿـﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎزي ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﻟﯿﺰرل اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺗﺄﺧﯿﺮ ازدواج ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن و ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﯾﮏ ﺳﻮ و از ﺳﻮي دﯾﮕﺮ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﻓﺮدي و ﺧﺎﻧﻮادﮔﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕـﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺮ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﯿﺎن ﺗﺄﺧﯿﺮ ازدواج ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﺠﺮد و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between marriage delay and organizational factors with respect to the mediating role of individual, economic and social structure dimensions in government and non-government departments of Savadkuh and Savadkuh North counties. Research Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and research data has been collected by library and field methods. The statistical population is all single people in government and non-government offices in Savadkuh and North Savadkuh counties. The sample size was 152 people who were selected by sampling method available to single people. The instrument used was a researcher-made questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method for marriage delay questionnaire, 0.812 and organizational factors questionnaire, 0.675 and personal and family structure, economic, cultural and social questionnaire, 0.934 and the validity of the instrument was calculated by case content validity method. Confirmed. Also, data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling method and LISREL software. Conclusion: The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between delayed marriage of employees and organizational factors on the one hand and on the other hand a significant effect of mediating variables of individual and family, economic, cultural and social structure on the relationship between delayed marriage of single employees an‎d organizational factors.
