بررسي تأثير دانش مديريت آموزشي بر قدرت تصميم گيري مديران مدارس

Investigating the effect of educational management knowledge on school principals’ decision-making power

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تأثير دانش مديريت آموزشي بر قدرت تصميم گيري مديران مدارس شهر كامياران انجام شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه ي آماري پژوهش شامل كليه مديران مدارس شهري شهرستان كامياران در سال تحصيلي 1398 -99 مي باشد كه تعداد كل آنها 62نفر مي باشد. با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه آماري پژوهش و در دسترس بودن تمامي اعضاي جامعه آماري، كليه اعضاء به عنوان نمونه پژوهش بصورت سرشماري انتخاب شدند. بنابراين حجم نمونه برابر با جامعه آماري پژوهش بود. جهت گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد سنجش دانش مديريت آموزشي مديران (2009) Ahanchian & Zohoor parvande و پرسشنامه استاندارد قدرت تصميم گيري(2009) Johnson & Kruse استفاده شد. جهت تحليل داده هاي آماري از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، رگرسيون خطي و آزمون Fاستفاده شد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد؛ دانش مديريت آموزشي بر افزايش صحت تصميم گيري، دقت تصميم گيري، به هنگام بودن تصميم گيري و اقتصادي بودن تصميم گيري مديران مدارس تأثير معنادار و مثبتي دارد، لذا تصميم گيري مديران مدارسي كه داراي دانش مديريت آموزشي هستند، نسبت به تصميم گيري ساير مديران، از صحت، دقت، به هنگام بودن و اقتصادي بودن بيشتري برخوردار است. نتيجه نهايي پژوهش حاضر بر تأثير معنادار دانش مديريت آموزشي بر قدرت تصميم گيري مديران مدارس صحه گذاشت.

The aim of this study was to Investigating the effect of educational management knowledge on school principals’ decision-making power in Kamyaran. The method of the present study was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the study includes all school principals of (urban) schools in Kamyaran city in the school year 1398-99, the total number of which is 62 people. Due to the limited statistical population of the research and the availability of all members of the statistical population, all members were selected as the research sample. Therefore, the sample size is equal to the statistical population of the study and the census method is performed. To collect data, the standard questionnaire for measuring the knowledge of educational management (Ahanchian and Zohoor parvande, 2009) and the standard questionnaire of decision-making power (Johnson and Krauss, 2009) were used. Pearson correlation coefficient, linear regression and F-test were used to analyze statistical data. Findings and research results showed; Knowledge of educational management has a significant and positive effect on the correctness, accuracy, timeliness and economics of school principals' decisions. Therefore, the decision-making of school principals who have educational management knowledge is more correctness, accurate, timely and economical than the decision-making of other principals.The final result of the present study confirmed the significant effect of educational management knowledge on the principals' decision-making power of school.
