Investigating the Factors Affecting Migration from Rural Areas to Urbans in Border Regions of Sistan

مهاجرت و جابه جايي جمعيت امروزه به دليل پيامدهاي متفاوتي كه براي مناطق مبدأ و مقصد دارد از بسياري جنبه ­ها حائز اهميت است، جز فقدان پيش ­بيني مناسب جمعيت در هر منطقه عمدتاً منجر به شكست برنامه­ ريزي­ هاي اجتماعي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي شده است. تخليه جمعيت روستايي، استفاده نامطلوب از امكانات موجود و نيز انباشت بيش از حد جمعيت در مناطق شهري با محدوديت وسيع امكانات، نمونه­ هاي بارزي از شرايط نامناسب حاصل از جابه­ جايي­ هاي بدون برنامه جمعيت به خصوص از مناطق روستايي به مناطق شهري است. از اين رو يافتن علل مهاجرت و ارائه راهكار مي­ تواند بسيار مفيد واقع گردد. تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر مهاجرت از روستا به شهر در منطقه مرزي سيستان صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماري تحقيق معتمدين و كارشناسان متخصص در زمينه تحقيق مي­ باشند. در جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از روش ارزيابي مشاركتي روستايي (PRA) بهره گرفته شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد از ديدگاه معتمدين وكارشناسان، خشكسالي، بيكاري در مناطق روستايي، درآمد ناچيز در روستاها و فقر روستاييان از مهم­ترين دلايل بروز مهاجرت در منطقه مي ­باشند.

Migration and displacement are important because they causes different consequences for the regions and their destination. In addition to improper population forecasting in each region, it mainly leads to the failure of social, economic and cultural programs. The evacuation of the rural population, the unfavorable use of the available facilities and the excessive accumulation of the population in the urban areas with a wide range of facilities are clear examples of the unfavorable conditions resulting from unplanned population movements, especially from rural to urban areas. Therefore, finding the causes of migration and providing solutions can be very useful. The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting migration from rural to urban areas in the border region of Sistan. The statistical population of the research is the trustees and experts in the field of research. Rural participatory assessment (PRA) assessment method has been used in data collection. The results showed that from the point of view of trustees and experts, drought, unemployment in rural areas, low income in rural areas and rural poverty are the most important reasons for migration in the region.
