چكيده فارسي :
در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺪل ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ در ﭘﻠﯿﺲ ﺑﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن آذرﺑﺎﯾﺠﺎن ﻏﺮﺑﯽ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻣﻨﻈﻮر از ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺳﺎزي اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت اﻧﺠﺎمﺷﺪه ﺑﺮاي دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف از ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦﺷﺪه ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن اﺳﺖ. ﺑـﻪﻃﻮرﮐﻠﯽ، در ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن، ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﭼﻨﺪان ﺳﺎده ﻧﯿﺴﺖ و ﯾﮑﯽ از روشﻫﺎي ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺪل ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ ﻣﻨـﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴـﺎﻧﯽ ﻣـﯽﺑﺎﺷـﺪ در
اﯾﻦ ﻣﺪل10 ﻣﻌﯿﺎر ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎسa ﻧﻈﺮات ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن ، ﻣﺪلﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ، وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ و ژﺋﻮﭘﻮﻟﯿﺘﯿﮏ اﺳﺘﺎن و ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ؛ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. روش ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺪل ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬاري و ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮي ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓـﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ آﻣـﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ارﺷﺪ )ﻻﯾﻪ اول( ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺪل ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ ﻣﻨـﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴـﺎﻧﯽ در ﭘﻨﺞ ﺳﻄﺢ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺰﯾﺖ روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﺟﺪول واﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﻧﻔﻮذ در ﻧﻬﺎدﯾﻨﻪ ﺳﺎزي ﻣﺪل ﺑﺮاي ﻫﺮﯾﮏ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎ ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.

Self-defense in the prevention of espionage of the matrix staff (questionnaire) was prepared and distributed, which was examined by the method of interpretive structure and its output implies the design of the model at three levels for; First level: awareness of the consequences of espionage, awareness of spyware, belief and Faith in the goals of the organization's heart and awareness of the rules and spying crimes; the second level: the power of not saying and self-confidence; the third level: the administrative health, the ethical orientation and belief in the values of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
After drawing the model, the employees were compared to extracting the permeability table (impulsivity) of the employees, and in line with the present research, the priorities for self-protection of the employees were: administrative health, oratory ethics, belief in the values of the Islamic Republic of Iran, awareness of the consequences of the espionage, Awareness of spyware, awareness of laws and spying crimes, power of not telling and self-confidence, and belief and belief in the heart's goals of the organization
