چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺎب آوري و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ آن در ﻣﯿﺎن ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﻣﺮﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ اﻣﺎم ﺳﺠﺎد)ع( ﮐﻬﺮﯾﺰ اروﻣﯿﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺘﯽ اﺳﻔﻨﺪ ﻣﺎه 1399 ﻣﺮﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ اﻣﺎم ﺳﺠﺎد)ع( ﮐﻬﺮﯾﺰ اروﻣﯿﻪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ و ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ 135 ﻧﻔﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ و ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺎب آوري ﮐﺎﻧﺮ و دﯾﻮﯾﺪﺳﻮن )2003( و وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ دﻣﻮﮔﺮاﻓﯿﮏ( ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ آزﻣﻮﻧﻬﺎي آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﯾﮏ راﻫﻪ و ﺗﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و داده ﻫﺎ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري 0/05 ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺎب آوري ﺑﯿﻦ ﮔﺮوﻫﺎن ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﺮﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ اﻣﺎم ﺳﺠﺎد)ع( ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺎب آوري ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ )ﻣﺤﻞ ﺳﮑﻮﻧﺖ و ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻼت( ﻣﯿﺎن ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار داﺷﺖ و ﺑﯿﻦ ﮔﺮوه ﺳﻨﯽ، وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﺎﻫﻞ، ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺗﻮﻟﺪ و ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﺳﯿﮕﺎر ﮐﺸﯿﺪن ﺗﻔﺎوت ﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﺸﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﯿﺎن ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ وﺟﻮد ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﻣﺸﺎوره و رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ )ﻣﺸﺎوره ﻓﺮدي و ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ( در ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي ﻫﻢ ﺑﺮاي ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن ﻫﻢ ﺑﺮاي ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان، ﺑﺮﮔﺰاري ﮐﺎرﮔﺎه ﻫﺎ و ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎي ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺘﯽ در ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺎب آوري ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﮔﺮدد و ﺑﻪ رﺷﺪ و ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﮐﻤﮏ ﮐﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In the current study, we aimed to evaluate resilience and its relevant factors among the soldiers of Imam Sajjad General Educational Center of Kahriz, Urmia. The method of the study was evaluation of descriptive correlation. The statistical sample included all of the soldiers admitted to the center on 20th February 2021. One hundred thirty-five soldiers were selected using randomized sampling and Morgan table. In order to collect data, we used Conner and Davidson resilience (2003) and researcher-designed demographic characteristics questionnaires. Variance analysis and independent t test were used to analyze the data at the significance level of 0.05. The findings of the current study demonstrated different scores resilience among the soldiers of various groups. Also, the resilience scores were significantly different among the soldiers according to demographic variables (residential province and education level), but there was no significant difference among them according to age group, marital status, birth order in family, and history of smoking. In regard with the findings of the current study, it can be concluded that considering technical consultation and psychology (individually and in groups) centers for both commanders and soldiers, holding workshops, and designing support groups in educational centers could be helpful in promoting the resilience of the soldiers and blossoming of the soldiers educational centers.
