اين مقاله با موضوع چالش هاي امنيتي موجود در مرزهاي استان سيستان و بلوچستان و با هدف برسي راهكارهاي ايجاد نظم و امنيت درشهرهاي مرزي اين استان صورت پذيرفته است. ضرورت اين موضوع نيز از اين جهت بوده كه امنيت مردم براي جمهوري اسلامي ايران مهمترين موضوع مي باشد. امنيت در دنياي امروزه يك مقوله بسيار مهم براي كشور هاي جهان به حساب مي آيد.ازاين رو كشورهاي استكبار كه قصد براندازي برخي حكومت ها را دارند،ابتدا در اصلي ترين هدف خود امنيت آن كشور را هدف قرارمي دهد. آنجه كه درصورت بروز بناي اقتداريك كشوررا از بين مي برد،ايحاد ناامني است. علي رغم ناامني هاي موجود در منطقه غرب آسيا وكشورهاي درگير ناامني مانندسوريه،عراق،افغانستان، جمهوري اسلامي ايران توانسته با اقتدار هرچه بيشتر امنيت مردم خويش را تامين كند. البه دشمنان ايران اسلامي همواره به دنبال ضربه زدن به اين امنيت پايدار بوده اند، كه استان سيستان وبلوچستان با ظرفيت هاي تهديدآفرين در دوكشور بي ثبات همسايه شرقي (افغانستان وپاكستان)وآسيب هاي داخلي مانند بي كاري وفقراقتصادي ودربرخي ازشهرهاي مرزي استان كمبود امكانات براي تحصيل گزينه مناسبي براي مانور گروه هاي تروريستي دربرهم زدن امنيت به شمار مي آيد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه براي ايجاد امنيت پايدار در مناطق مرزي استان بايد راهبرد برطرف نمودن بيكاري ،فقر زدايي وتحصيل مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

This article has been done with the subject of security challenges in the borders of Sistan and Baluchestan province to examine the strategies for creating order and security in the border cities of this province. This issue is necessary because the security of people is the most important issue for the Islamic Republic of Iran. Security in today's world is a very important issue for the countries of the world. Therefore, the arrogant countries that want to overthrow some governments, their main target is the security of those countries. What destroys the country in the event of an authoritarian building is insecurity. Despite the insecurities in the West Asian region and the countries involved in insecurity, such as Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran has been able to ensure the security of its people with more authority. However, the enemies of Islamic Iran have always sought to undermine this lasting security, with Sistan and Baluchestan province threatening capabilities in two unstable eastern neighbors (Afghanistan and Pakistan) and internal disasters such as unemployment, economic hardship, and in some border provinces lacking opportunities to study. It is suitable for maneuvering terrorist groups to disrupt security. The research findings show that in order to create lasting security in the border areas of the province, the strategy of eliminating unemployment, poverty alleviation and education should be considered
