چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻘﺎن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ آن را ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان اراﺋﻪ دﻫﻨﺪه ﺑﯿﻨﺶﻫﺎي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ در ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻌﻨﺎي ﮐﺎر و ﻧﮕﺮشﻫﺎي ﮐﺎري ﮐﺎرﻣﻨﺪان از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﻣﯽﺑﯿﻨﻨﺪ. ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر ﺑﺮ ﻗﺼﺪ ﻣﺎﻧﺪن، ﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺧﺎﻃﺮ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ و اراﺋﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ازآﻧﺠﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮﺧﻮرداري از ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻞ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎر ﻣﯽ رود، ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ در دﺳﺘﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ ﮔﯿﺮد. اﻃﻼﻋﺎت آن ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ؛ ﮐﻪ در زﻣﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ 250 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮده اﻧﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ دﻗﯿﻖ اﻋﻀﺎي ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺑﺮاي ﺣﺠﻢ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﺪود، ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺑﺎ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺬاري ﺳﻄﺢ اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن 0/95 در ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﻋﺪدي ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 151 اﯾﺠﺎد ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ. آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS23 و آﻣﺎر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار smartPls اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺧﺎﻃﺮ ﮐﺎري ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر ﺑﺮ ﻗﺼﺪ ﻣﺎﻧﺪن ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري دارد. اﻣﺎ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر ﺑﺮ اراﺋﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﻧﺪارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Spirituality in the workplace is one of the structures that has been considered by researchers who see it as providing new insights into the meaning of work and employees' work attitudes, including commitment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of spirituality in the workplace on the intention to stay, belong to law enforcement personnel and provide services. The method of this research is descriptive-survey type, since this research is used to solve the existing problems with the aim of having findings, the present research falls into the category of applied research. Its information was collected by survey method. The statistical population of this research is law enforcement personnel; at the time of the study, there were 250people. After accurately identifying the members of the community and using the Cochran's formula for a limited community size, the minimum sample size has been determined, which has created a confidence level of 95/0 in the numerical formula equal to 151.Descriptive statistics were used using SPSS23 software and analytical statistics were used using smartPls software. The results of this study indicate that spirituality in the workplace has a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of law enforcement personnel. It was also found that spirituality in the workplace has a positive and significant effect on the intention of law enforcement officers to stay. But spirituality in the workplace does not have a significant effect on the provision of law enforcement services.
