بررسي عوامل موثر بر وقوع سوانح خودروهاي سازماني (مطالعه موردي فرماندهي انتظامي استان كردستان)

يكي از عوامل مهم و مثمر در موفقيت هر يگان در جهت اجراي وظايف و ماموريت­ هاي محوله، آماده بكاري امكانات و تجهيزات در اختيار مي­باشد. خودروهاي موجود در ناجا مهمترين وسيله جهت تحرك و جابجايي مامورين بوده و اغلب ماموريت‌هاي ناجا با آن انجام مي­گيرد و چناچه فاقد كارايي باشند انجام كار مشكل و در اكثر موارد غير قابل اجرا مي­گردد. در اين تحقيق به بررسي علل و عوامل موثر بر وقوع سوانح خودرويي در استان كردستان و ارائه پيشنهادهاي كاربردي به مسئولين ذي­ربط و بهبود وضعيت موجود براي كاهش سوانح خودرويي در سطح استان پرداخته است، هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي عوامل موثر بر وقوع سوانح خودرويي ناجا در استان كردستان در سال 98 مي­باشد. با بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل به عمل آمده از سوانح خودرويي به وقوع پيوسته در استان كردستان علل و عوامل مختلفي در وقوع حوادث و سوانح خودرويي از جمله تعقيب و گريزهاي بي مورد، سرعت و سبقت غيرمجاز، تجاوز به چپ، عدم توجه كافي به جلو و عدم توجه به علايم راهنمايي و رانندگي و عد متوانايي كنترل وسيله نقليه در شرايط جوي و بارندگي، بي ­توجهي به بخشنامه ­ها ودستورالعمل ايمني توسط راننده خودرو، خستگي راننده و عدم توانايي در كنترل خودرو در پايان شيفت كاري و ... دخيل مي­باشند كه به آن پرداخته شده است.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the occurrence of NAJA car accidents in Kurdistan province in year of 1398. By reviewing and analyzing the car accidents that occur continuously in Kurdistan province, various causes and factors in the occurrence of car accidents, including unnecessary chases and escapes, speeding and overtaking, left aggression, insufficient attention to the front and Lack of attention to traffic signs and inability to control the vehicle in weather and rainy conditions, disregard for safety directives and instructions by the driver, driver fatigue and inability to control the vehicle at the end of the shift, etc. which has been addressed.
