Police role in securing and attracting tourism (Case Study, Isfahan city)

از آنجايي كه پليس تأمين كننده امنيت جاني، مالي، رواني و اجتماعي گردشگران است، نقش آن در رضايت مندي و جذب تعداد بيشتر گردشگران خارجي بسيار حائز اهميت است. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق شناخت نقش پليس در توسعة صنعت گردشگري و تأثيرات خدمات رسان ي و حضور فيزيكي آن بر افزايش تعداد گردشگران خارجي در فضاهاي گردشگري شهر اصفهان مي باشد. روش تحقيق به صورت توصيفي تحليلي و همبستگي مي باشد. جامعة آماري شامل؛گردشگران خارجي مي - باشد كه در سال 1831 وارد شهر اصفهان شده اند. با استفاده از روش كوكران تعداد 823 نفر را به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب كرده و از طريق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به جمع آوري نظرات گردشگران خارجي در ارتباط با امنيت پرداخته شده است. از مهمترين نتايج اين پژوهش مي توان به، بالا بودن ميزان رضايت مندي گردشگران خارجي از امنيت در شهر اصفهان اشاره كرد. در اين ميان از نحوة اطلاع رساني پليس، نظارت پليس بر عملكرد )هتل ها، رستوران ها و آژانس هاي مسافرتي( و همچنين تراكم زياد در برخي از مراكز گردشگري، رضايت كمتري داشته اند. تعداد زيادي از گردشگران خارجي با توجه به وضعيت امنيتي كه در شهر اصفهان وجود داشته، تمايل داشته اند دوباره به اين شهر مسافرت كنند و يا آن را به ساير دوستان و آشناييان براي سفر معرفي كنند. بررسي فرضيات تحقيق نيز نشان مي دهد، رابطة معناداري بين متغيرهاي مطرح شده وجود دارد و فرضيه هايي كه به سنجش رابطة بين اين متغيرها پرداخته اند نيز مورد تأييد مي باشند.در اين ميان رابطة بين حضور فيزيكي زياد پليس در فضاهاي گردشگري و ميزان احساس امنيت رواني گردشگران خارجي، معنادار نمي باشد. بنابراين فرضية مذكور تأييد نميشود

Many foreign tourists have given the security situation in the city of Isfahan, Are willing to travel to the city and to introduce it to other friends for travel. Hypotheses of the study shows a significant relationship between variables and hypotheses are proposed to assess the relationship between these variables have to be approved The relationship between high physical presence of police in tourist areas and a sense of psychological security of foreign tourists, is not significant. so these can not be confirmed.
