نشاط و شادماني، پديدهاي اجتماعي است كه نظريه پردازان مختلف عموماً آن رادر ارتباط با فرايند نوسازي مورد بررسي قرار دادهاند.. احساس شادي و نشاط به عنوان يك پديده روانشناختي و اجتماعي، تحت تأثيرتجربه هاي مستقيم و غيرمستقيم افراد از شرايط متفاوت اجتماعي است كه انسانها براي دستيابي به زندگي سالم و تداوم روابط اجتماعي نيازمند آن هستند .براي حفظ سلامت و نشاط آحاد جامعه ضروري است زمينه‌هاي لازم براي همگاني كردن ورزش در كشور فراهم آيد . امنيــت بــه مفهــوم رهايــي از تــرس و خطــر و احســاس دوري از هرگونــه تعهــد، يكــي ازنيازهـاي اصلـي و اساسـي انسـانها از آغـاز زندگـي بـوده اسـت. امنيـت در ايـن معنـا، پيونـد عميقـي بــا ســاختارهاي اقتصــادي، اجتماعــي و فرهنگــي جامعــه دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نشاط اجتماعي و ورزش همگاني وهمچنين رابطه‌ي آن بامقوله امنيت اجتماعي است.

Happiness and exhilaration are social phenomena that various theorists have generally studied in connection with the process of renewal, the feeling of happiness and joy as a psychological and social phenomenon, under the influence of direct and indirect experiences and humans need them to achieve a healthy life and maintain social relationships. In order to maintain the health and vitality of the members of the society, it is necessary to make the necessary arrangements to popularize sports in the country. Security in the sense of free of fear and danger and the feeling of being away from any obligation has been one of the main and basic needs of human beings from the beginning of life. In this sense, security is deeply linked to the economic, social and cultural structures of society.
