Crime prevention and pathology of cyberspace on social security

جرم يكي از مسائل و مشكلات جوامع بشري محسوب مي‌ شود كه در زمينه هاي مختلف و در انواع متفاوتي در حال وقوع است. يكي از اشكال ارتكاب جرم، جرايم مربوط به فضاي مجازي مي باشد كه بدون حد و مرز بوده و با افزايش و گسترش به كارگيري فناوري ‌هاي جديد، پديده جرايم مرتبط با اين فضا نيز افزايش يافته است. بالا رفتن ميزان اين جرايم در ايران، آسيب هاي فراواني را به وجود آورده كه امنيت اجتماعي را به مخاطره انداخته است. زيرا در صورت عدم كنترل و نظارت كافي بر جرايم ارتكابي و اعمال خلاف در اين فضا، امنيت اجتماعي كه يكي از مهمترين ابعاد امنيت بوده و در راستاي برقراري و ايجاد نظم در كشور جايگاه مهمي برخوردار است، مورد تهديد جدي قرار گرفته است. در واقع اين اهميت تا حدود زيادي به علت توسعه فناوري اطلاعات بوده كه با توجه به ظرفيت‌ هاي فضاي سايبر و شكل گيري آن، سبب دگرگوني در تمامي زمينه ‌هاي زندگي مردم گرديده است. امنيت اجتماعي بستر آرامش جامعه و فعاليت‌ هاي اجتماعي مردم بوده و حراست از اين بستر، سبب پاسداري از تماميت ارضي كشور و تحقق كليه ي اهداف مبارزه با جرايم مي شود. پژوهش حاضر، ضمن بررسي جرم و انواع پيشگيري از جرايم و آسيب شناسي فضاي سايبري بر امنيت اجتماعي، نقش پليس فضا در پيشگيري از جرايم فضاي مجازي را مورد بررسي قرار داده و راهكارهايي در جهت كنترل اين جرايم ارائه خواهد نمود.

Crime is one of the problems of human societies that is happening in different fields and in different types. One of the types of crime is related to cyberspace, which has no borders and with the increase and expansion of the use of new technologies, the phenomenon of crimes related to this space has also increased. The increase in the number of these crimes in Iran has caused a lot of damage that has endangered social security. Because in the absence of adequate control and supervision over the crimes committed and acts in this space, social security, which is one of the most important aspects of security and has an important place in order to establish order in the country, has been seriously threatened. In fact, this importance is largely due to the development of information technology, which due to the capacities of cyberspace and its formation, has caused change in all areas of people's lives. Social security is the bedrock of society and the social activities of the people, and the protection of this Thing protects the country's territorial integrity and achieves all the goals of the fight against crime. This study, while examining crime and types of crime prevention and cyberspace pathology on social security, will examine the role of FATA police in cybercrime prevention and will provide solutions to control these crimes.
