شناسايي، ارزيابي و تحليل موانع و چالش هاي توسعه نوآوري در صنايع ايران (مورد مطالعه : صنايع قطعه سازي، ماشين سازي و خودرو سازي تبريز)

Identifying, Evaluating and Analyzing Barriers and Challenges of Innovation Development in Iranian Industries (Case Study: Parts, Machinery and Automotive Industries of Tabriz)

در عصر حاضر سازمان ها دريافته اند كه براي رشد و بقا در محيط پرتلاطم بايد توجه خاصي به مقوله توسعه نوآورانه صنايع داشت. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، ارزيابي و تحليل موانع و چالش‌هاي توسعه نوآوري در صنايع قطعه‌سازي، ماشين‌سازي و خودروسازي تبريز با رويكرد AHP فازي مي‌باشد. جهت رسيدن به اين هدف، با استفاده از روش تركيبي اكتشافي، داده‌هاي مورد نظر در دو مرحله كيفي و كمي جمع‌آوري و از طريق مصاحبه‌هاي نيمه‌ساختاريافته با 21 نفر از مديران و خبرگان صنعت مورد مطالعه (كه با روش نمونه‌گيري گلوله برفي انتخاب شده) مولفه‌هاي مورد نظر شناسايي شدند. خبرگان مطالعه بعد از برگزاري 3 پنل خبرگان، در خصوص موانع و چالش‌هاي توسعه نوآوري در صنايع قطعه‌سازي و ماشين‌سازي به اتفاق‌نظر دست يافتند. روش تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات در بخش كمي، در دو بخش انجام گرفته است. نخست با استفاده از رويكرد تحليل عاملي و نرم‌افزار SmartPLS، مولفه‌هاي شناسايي شده در بخش كيفي، از لحاظ آماري و كمي اعتبارسنجي شدند. نمونه آماري اين بخش كه پرسشنامه‌هاي تحليل عاملي را تكميل نمودند، طبق فرمول كوكران، 356 نفر بودند كه به صورت تصادفي انتخاب شدند. هم‌چنين در بخش دوم اولويت‌بندي موانع توسعه فناوري، از رويكرد AHP فازي استفاده شده است كه پرسشنامه اين بخش را 21 خبره تكميل كرده كه با استفاده از روش نظري انتخاب شدند. در اين مطالعه 25 مانع شناسايي و نهايي شده كه در 5 بخش، دسته‌بندي شدند كه موانع حكومتي، موانع مديريتي و سياست‌گذاري، اعتبار ناكافي صندوق‌هاي سرمايه‌گذاري دولتي و ابهام جايگاه نوآوري در صنايع مهم‌ترين عوامل مي‌باشند.

Today, organizations have realized that in order to grow and survive in a turbulent environment, special attention must be paid to the issue of innovative industrial development. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the obstacles and challenges of innovation development in the parts, machinery and automotive industries of Tabriz with the fuzzy AHP approach. To achieve this goal, using the combined exploratory method, the data were collected in two stages: qualitative and quantitative, and through semi-structured interviews with 21 managers and industry experts (selected by snowball sampling method). Comments were identified. Study Experts After holding three panels of experts, they agreed on the obstacles and challenges of innovation development. The method of data analysis in quantitative part has been done in two parts. First, using the factor analysis approach and SmartPLS software, the components identified in the qualitative section were statistically and quantitatively validated. The statistical sample of this section that completed the factor analysis questionnaires, according to Cochran's formula, was 356 people who were randomly selected. Also, in the second part of prioritizing barriers to technology development, the fuzzy AHP approach has been used. The questionnaire of this section has been completed by 21 experts who were selected using the theoretical method. In this study, 25 barriers were identified and finalized, which were classified into 5 sections. The most important factors are government barriers, management and policy barriers, insufficient credit of government investment funds and ambiguity of the position of innovation in industries.
