وقوع جرم هاي شهري تبديل به يك نگراني عمده براي يك دوره طولاني شده است ومحققان و پژوهشگران جهان در واقع راه هاي بسياري را براي پيشگيري و كاهش جرم و جنايت در شهرها ارايه داده اند محي ط شهري تاثيرات مختلفي بر فضاهاي شهري وزندگي شهروندان مي گذارد كه تاثير بر افزايش جرايم و كاهش احساس امنيت شهروندان مهمترين تاثيرات آن است. پديده ي سرقت و نامني شهري به نوعي با نظم و امن يت كشور در ارتباط است و به دليل همراه داشتن لطمات روح ي و جسماني براي مال باختگان، به اي جاد ناامني در جامعه منجر م يشود. ي كي از راهبرد هاي پي شگيرانه از جرم و به تبع آن سرقت،پيشگيري از جرم از طريق طراحي محيط ي و توجه به محيط جغرا فيا يي جرم است.هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي شرايط محيط ي در وقوع جرم سرقت بوده است. روش تحقيق ،توصيفي تحليل ي بر پايه مطالعات كتابخانه اي و مي داني بوده است. يافته هاي تحقيق براهميت نقش مكان در شهر شاهرود در م يزان و فراواني جرم سرقت تاكيد دارد بيشترين سرقت ها مربوط به شهر كهاي حاشيه شهر، مثل شهرك فدك، كوثر، بهشتي، پردي س و دو شهرك در داخل شهر به نام شهرك وليعصر و شهرك انقلاب رخ م ي دهد كه نقش و تاثير كالبد و فيزي ك شهرها و طراحي مناسب فضاها و مجتمع هاي زي ستي شهري تاثير مستقيم ي بر كاهش و پ يشگير ي از جرم داشته است. لذا با توجه به رابطه بين فضاهاي بي دفاع و جرم سرقت، با كاهش فضاهاي بي دفاع و توجه به مكان جرم و طراحي مناسب محيط، ميتوان از وقوع برخي از جرايم جلوگيري به عمل آورد.

The urban environment has different effects on urban spaces andcitizens 'lives, the most important of which is the increase in crimeand the decrease in citizens' sense of security. The phenomenon of theft and urban insecurity is somehow related to the order andsecurity of the country and due to the psychological and physicaldamage to the lost property, leads toinsecurity in society. One ofthe strategies to prevent crime and consequently theft is to preventcrime through environmental design and attention to thegeographical environment of crime. The purpose of this study wasto investigate the environmental conditions in the occurrence oftheft. The research method was descriptive-analytical based on library and field studies. Findings of the study emphasize theimportance of the role of location in Shahroud in the amount and frequency of robbery. It shows that the role and effect of the body and physics of cities and the proper design of urban spaces and biological complexes have had a direct impact on crime reductionand prevention. Therefore, considering the relationship betweendefenseless spaces and the crime of theft, by reducing defenselessspaces and paying attention to the crime scene and proper design of the environment, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of some crimes.
