هوشمند سازي زنجيره تامين با رويكرد اينترنت اشيا (مطالعه موردي: شركت هاي فعال در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات استان تهران)

Supply Chain Intelligence with IoT Approach (Case Study: Companies Active in the Field of Information and Communication Technology in Tehran Province)

هدف اين تحقيق هوشمند سازي زنجيره تامين با رويكرد اينترنت اشيا در شركت هاي فعال در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات استان تهران است. تحقيق حاضر جزء تحقيقات كاربردي بوده و از نظر فرايند انجام كار، پژوهشي توصيفي- پيمايشي از نوع اكتشافي است. جامعه آماري مورد نظر را خبرگان (مديران و كارشناسان و اساتيد مسلط به موضوع پژوهش) تشكيل دادند كه با روش غير تصادفي و هدفمند تا اشباع نظري مصاحبه با آنها صورت پذيرفته و نمونه آماري با روش گلوله برفي تعيين گرديد. در اين پژوهش از دو پرسش نامه باز و محقق ساخته به منظور جمع آوري داده هاي استفاده شده كه امتياز بندي پرسشنامه دوم براساس طيف 5 گزينه اي ليكرت طراحي شده است. براي بررسي روايي از نظرات خبرگان استفاده شد و پايايي با آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه شد كه برابر با 0/79 بود و نشان دهنده پايايي مناسب ابزار مي باشد. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از سوات و مدل سازي پويايي سيستم استفاده شد.كليه تجزيه و تحليل ها با نرم افزار ونيسم انجام گرفته است. از طريق مدل سازي و شبيه سازي عوامل مـؤثر بـر مديريت زنجيره تامين و با توجه به عوامل، نحوة تأثير اين عوامل بر هـم و چگـونگي ارتبـاط آنها تبين شده و دو سناريو نيز تدوين شد كه توجه به بازده زماني بلند مدت مي تواند باعث كارايي مديريت زنجيره تامين گردد. نتايج نشان داد استفاده از فناوري اينترنت اشيا باعث خواهد شد تا سرعت سازگاري و انطباق پذيري محيطي زنجيره تامين شركت هاي مورد بررسي افزايش يابد.

This study aims to make the supply chain smarter with the IoT approach in companies active in the field of information and communication technology in Tehran province. The present study is part of applied research according to the goals it pursues and is a descriptive and exploratory research in terms of the work process. The statistical population is experts familiar with the subject of research (managers, experts and professors). They were interviewed by non-random and purposeful method until theoretical saturation. The statistical sample was determined by snowball method. In this study, two open-ended and researcher-made questionnaires were collected to collect the data needed to measure and measurements of the studied variables have been used. How to score the second questionnaire is designed based on the Likert 5-choice range. Experts' opinions were used to check the validity and the reliability was calculated with Cronbach's alpha and was equal to 0.79, which indicates the appropriate reliability of the instrument. Swat and system dynamics modeling were used to analyze the data. All analyzes were performed with Venism software. The results showed that through modeling and simulation of factors affecting supply chain management and according to the factors, the effect of these factors on each other and how they relate is shown that two scenarios were developed that pay attention to time efficiency. Long-term can make supply chain management more efficient. The use of IoT technology will increase the speed of adaptation and environmental adaptation of the supply chain of the companies under study.
