تحليل اثرات اجراي طرح‌هاي هادي روستايي در توسعه مسكن و وضعيت زيست‌محيطي سكونتگاه هاي روستايي (مطالعه موردي: روستاهاي بخش مركزي شهرستان جيرفت)

طرح‌­هاي هادي روستايي با برنامه­ها و اقدامات بس شايسته در جهت ايجاد تحول در محيط­هاي روستايي و بعضاً بازآفريني بخش­هايي از اين فضاها درجهت توسعه همه‌جانبه پايدار، در اقصي نقاط كشور، موجب بهبود شرايط زيستي شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحليل اثرات اجراي طرح هاي هادي روستايي درتوسعه مسكن و وضعيت زيست محيطي سكونتگاه هاي روستايي بخش مركزي شهرستان جيرفت صورت گرفته است. تحقيق حاضر از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي و با استفاده از روش پيمايشي است..پس از پيمايش اوليه در 30 نمونه، واريانس صفت رضايتمندي به‌ مقدار 185/0به دست آمد كه پس از جايگذاري در فرمول تعداد 135 خانوار به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب گرديد.. براي پردازش داده ها از روش هـاي آمـار توصـيفي و استنباطي از جمله آزمون دوجمله اي، كراسكال واليس وهمچنين تكنيك تاپسيس بهره گرفته شـده است. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن مي باشد كه بين متغيرهاي اجـراي طـرح هـادي ميزان رضايت­مندي مردم در خصوص مؤلفه‌هاي مسكن و زيست‌محيطي بالاتر از حد متوسط بوده است. همچنين با اطمينان 99%سطح رضايتمندي افراد در روستاهاي موردبررسي تفاوت معناداري باهم داشته باشند. بنابراين اجراي طرح هادي روستاهاي نمونه در زمينـه ي بهبود وضعيت مسكن ، محيط زيست و زندگي روستاييان موفق بوده و توانسته موجبات رضايتمندي نسبي ساكنين روستا را فراهم بياورد. پس ميتوان گفت كه هر سه فرضيه مورد تأييد قرار گرفته و همچنين نتايج رتبه­بندي روستاهاي نمونه براساس روش تاپسيس، بيانگر بالاترين تأثيرگذاري اجراي طرح هادي در روستاهاي پرجمعيت كه سابقه مديدي از اجراي طرح هادي آن­ها مي گذرد همچون علي‌آباد با مقدار 995 /0 ، هوكرد با مقدار985/0 بوده است.
