ارزيابي نقش فضاهاي شهري پياده‌مدار در دستيابي به پايداري اجتماعي و فرهنگي با توجه به نيازهاي انسان (مطالعۀ موردي: محور پاسداران ﺷﻬﺮ اﯾﻼم)

Evaluation of Study of Urban Spaces in Promoting Sustainable Social Development with Emphasis on Citizen Participation (Case Study: Pasdaran Street, Ilam)

يكـي از پيامدهـاي رشـد شـتابان شهرنشـيني در دهه هـاي اخيـر عـدم توجـه به حضور انسـان در فضاهـاي شـهري اسـت كـه زمينه سـاز پاييـن آمـدن تعامـلات اجتماعـي افراد شـده اسـت. انتخـاب مسـيرهاي پيـاده نيـاز بـه شـاخص هايي دارد تا عـلاوه بر افزايش دسترسـي و آسـايش بـراي شـهروندان، بتوانـد زمينه را بـراي رفع نيازهاي آنها فراهـم آورد؛ چنانكه عـلاوه بر گذران اوقـات فراغـت، در تهيـۀ ملزومـات زندگـي و افزايـش تعامـلات اجتماعي و فرهنگـي نيز مؤثر باشـد. هـدف از پژوهـش حاضـر تعمق نظـري و تجربي و شناسـايي برخي شـاخص هاي مؤثر بـر دسـتيابي بـه پايـداري اجتماعـي و فرهنگي از طريـق فضاهاي شـهري پياده مـدار و توجه به نيازهـاي شـهروندان در محيـط شـهري نمونۀ مـورد مطالعه اسـت. اين پژوهش از نظـر ماهيت، عملـي- كاربـردي و از لحـاظ روش مطالعه، توصيفي، تحليلي و پيمايشـي اسـت. از ابزار آماري SPSSدر تحليـل پرسشـنامه هاي مربـوط بـه جامعـۀ آمـاري و آزمـون فرضيه هـاي پژوهـش اسـتفاده شـد و نتايـج نهايـي در قالب اهـداف، راهبردها و سياسـت هاي اجرايي ارائـه گرديد. بر مبنـاي تئـوري بـالا و نتايج پرسشـنامه، خيابان پاسـداران در حـال حاضر شـرايط مطلوبي ندارد؛ امـا بـا توجـه به پتانسـيل هاي موجـود، در صورت ايجاد شـدن شـرايط مطلوب بـراي پياده روي مي توانـد بـه فضاي شـهري مناسـبي در جهت تأميـن نيازهاي اجتماعـي و فرهنگي شـهروندان در شـهر ايـلام تبديـل شـود؛ بـه بيـان ديگـر در صـورت موفقيـت مي توانـد بـه عنـوان الگويي بـراي فضاهـاي شـهري پياده مـدار در ايـلام مطـرح گردد.

One of the consequences of rapid growth of urbanization in recent decades has been neglecting human presence in urban spaces, which is the cause of the decline of social interactions of individuals. Today, more principles of sustainable development are in the public domain city. In this regard, since active engagement with life is more than anything else, by providing opportunities for participation, activity and social interaction among citizens, the extent participation in public areas city affect the physical and mental conditions of citizens and the establishment of the goals of sustainable social development are influential. The purpose of the present research is to evaluate the theoretical and empirical methods and identify some effective indicators on achieving social and cultural sustainability the urban spaces and considering the needs citizens in the urban environment of the sample. The current study is descriptive-analytical and surveying in terms of purpose, practical and applied, in terms of nature and method of the study. The statistical tools of SPSS used to analyze the questionnaires of the statistical society and to test the research hypotheses and the final results were presented in the form of goals, strategies and executive policies. Based on the above theory and the results of the questionnaire, Pasdaran Street currently has no conditions. But considering the existing potential, if favorable conditions for walking can be created, it can turn into an urban space to meet the social and needs of citizens in the city of Ilam. If it succeeds, it can be used as a model for the sidewalks in Ilam.
