كولبري يكي از پديده‌هاي جديد در نواحي مرزي غرب كشور است.كولبران در نواحي مرزي كالاها را در كوه ها و نواحي صعب‌العبور چندين كيلومتر با‌دوش حمل مي‌كنند. پديده كولبري در نواحي مرزي غرب كشور به يك شغل فراگير و گسترده تبديل شده است. علي الرغم وجود ظرفيت‌هاي متنوع جغرافيايي در‌آن نواحي با‌توجه‌به توسعه‌نيافتگي و نبود زيرساخت‌هاي اقتصادي تعداد زيادي از ساكنين اين نواحي به كولبري مشغول هستند و به صورت مستقيم يا غير مستقيم از طريق كولبري ارتزاق مي‌كنند. كولبري يكي از مشاغل پرخطر و سخت در مرزهاي غربي است و مشكلات متعددي را در سطح جامعه محلي به بار آورده است.اين پژوهش با ماهيت توصيفي تحليلي با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه‌اي، سايت‌هاي اينترنتي معتبر و بررسي اسناد در‌صدد تبيين تبعات سياسي‌ اجتماعي پديده كولبري در نواحي مرزي غرب كشور است.نتايج پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه پديده كولبري بعنوان يك پارامتر تشديد‌كننده در نواحي مرزي غرب كشور در ابعاد اجتماعي تبعاتي از‌قبيل: بارور نشدن استعدادهاي فردي و ظرفيت‌هاي منطقه، مهاجرت و حاشيه‌نشيني، بي‌اعتنايي به كرامت انساني و تضعيف اعتماد به‌نفس، تشديد شكاف‌هاي طبقاتي، لطمه به بنياد خانواده و در ابعاد سياسي پيامدهايي از‌قبيل: تشديد احساس تبعيض و امكان كاهش مشاركت سياسي، اعتراضات و اعتصابات، تشديد حس ناحيه‌گرايي در منطقه را به همراه خواهد داشت.

Despite the existence of diverse geographical capacities in those areas, due to underdevelopment and lack of economic infrastructure, a large number of residents in these areas are engaged in kolbary and live directly or indirectly through kolbary. Kolbary is one of the most dangerous and difficult jobs on the western borders and has caused many problems in the local community. This descriptive-analytical study using library resources, reputable websites and reviewing documents seeks to explain the socio-political consequences of the Kolbary phenomenon in the western border areas of the country. The results show that the Kolbary phenomenon as an aggravating parameter in the western border areas of the country in social dimensions has consequences such as infertility of individual talents and capacities of the region, migration and marginalization, disregard for human dignity and weakening self-confidence. an‎d in the political dimension, consequences such as intensifying the feeling of discrimination and the possibility of reducing political participation, protests and strikes, will intensify the sense of regionalism in the region.
