چكيده فارسي :
استقرار مراكز نيروي انتظامي در شهرها، يكي از معيارهاي مهم در تأمين امنيت شهروندان است؛ چراكه استقرار مناسب اين مراكز، سبب مي‌شود در زمان وقوع بحران، آن‌ها بتوانند در اسرع وقت خود را به محل وقوع بحران برسانند. يكي از ابعاد وجودي شهرها و جوامع انساني، وجود نظم و امنيت به‌خصوص در شرايط وقوع بحران‌هاي اجتماعي و طبيعي است كه توجه به اين امر از اهميـت بسـيار بـالايي برخـوردار اسـت. مرحلة نخست به شناسايي و بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر مكان‌يابي مراكز انتظامي و نظامي پرداخته است. اين پژوهش از معيارهاي مراكز تأسيساتي، آموزشي، فرهنگي، اداري، تفريحي، مذهبي، ورزشي، تجاري، حريمي و مركزي، با استفاده از مدل فازي به مكان‌يابي پرداخته؛ سپس براي هريك از عوامل تأثيرگذار در مكان‌يابي‌هاي كلانتري‌ها، لايه‌هاي مربوط تهيه شده است و با توجه به ميزان تأثير هريك از معيارها، نتايج نشان مي‌دهد مناطق 3، 7، 12، مناسب براي مراكز نيرو انتظامي است و مناطق 1،9، 10، 11، نامناسب و ناامن براي مراكز نيرو انتظامي به شمار مي‌رود.
چكيده لاتين :
The deployment of police stations in cities is one of the important criteria in ensuring the security of citizens. Suitable deployment of these stations allows them to reach the site of crisis as soon as possible in the event of a crisis. One of the existential dimensions of cities and human societies is the existence of order and security especially in the conditions of occurrence of social and natural crises which pay attention to this matter is very important. The first stage was to identify and study the effective factors in locating of the police stations and the military centers. In this research, due to the criteria of the installation, educational, cultural, administrative, recreation, religious, sports, commercial, privacy centers, the fuzzy model was used for locating, then, relevant layers have been prepared for each of the effective factors in locating police stations and the results, with regards to each of the criteria, show that districts 3, 7 and 12 are suitable for police stations and, also, districts 1, 9, 10 and 11 are unsuitable and unsafe for police stations.
