تحليل محتوايي الگوي مديريت جهادي در فرماندهي انتظامي استان خراسان شمالي برپايه مكتب شهيد سليماني و در افق بيانيه گام‌دوم انقلاب اسلامي

Content analysis of the jihadi management model in the North Khorasan police command based on the school of Shahid Soleimani and on the horizon of the second step statement of the islamic revolution

با شرايطي كه از يك سو، شاهد بسيج نظام سلطه براي ترويج ناامني هستيم كه تمام تلاشش را به كار گرفته و با تمام ابزارهاي سياسي، اقتصادي و نظامي خود به صحنه آمده است. از سوي ديگر جريان فكري برخاسته از باورهاي اعتقادي و نقش آفريني امثال شهيد سليماني در تقويت اين باور كه باعث شده تا تمام معادلات دشمن در منطقه به هم بريزد. نتيجه نقش آفريني و مجاهدت‌هاي شهيد سليماني در وسط اين ميدان، از وي چهره‌اي بين‌المللي ساخته و به نماد مقاومت و الگويي براي مديران جهادي تبديل كرده است. تحليل اين الگو، به ويژه در شرايط حساسِ امروزي كه انقلاب وارد چهل ساله دوم شده و به سوي افق‌هاي بيانيه گام‌دوم انقلاب كه همان "تمدن جهاني" است در حركت است، امري ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. هدف ما در اين پژوهش، تحليل محتوايي الگوي مديريتِ جهادي مكتب شهيد سليماني براي الگوسازي در فرماندهي انتظامي استان خراسان‌شمالي است كه با بررسي كتابخانه‌اي و استفاده از روش تحليل محتوا؛ مكتب شهيد را در پنج نظام "اعتقادي، مديريتي، سياسي، تربيتي، ولايي" دسته‌بندي، سپس بُعد مديريتي مكتب را به صورت خاص ورود پيدا كرده و به تحليل محتوايي مديريت جهادي شامل: "ابعاد، پيش‌نيازها، ريشه‌هاي شكل‌گيري، شاخص‌هاي شخصيتي" پرداخته‌ايم. در جمع‌بندي مقاله به موضوعات: " آسيب‌شناسي، چرخه پنج مرحله‌اي الگوي مديريت جهادي، تحليل رابطه مديريت جهادي و بيانيه گام‌دوم، الگوي مديريت جهادي، ترسيم هفت سين الگوي مديريتِ جهادي، طرح چهار مرحله‌اي عملياتي‌سازي الگوي مديريت جهادي" را به بحث كشيده‌ايم. در پايان پيشنهادهاي كاربردي براي عملياتي‌سازي الگوي مديريت جهادي وي ارايه گرديده است.

With the conditions that, we are witnessing the mobilizationof the domination system to promote insecurity, which has made every effort and it has come to the fore with all its political, economic and military means tools. On the other hand, the current of thought arising from the beliefs and the role of the likes of Martyr Soleimani in strengthening the belief that has caused all the equations of the enemy in the region to collapse. The result of Martyr Soleimani's role-playing and struggles in the middle of this square has made him an international figure and a symbol of resistance and a model for jihadi leaders. It seems necessary to analyze this model, especially in today's sensitive situation when the revolution has entered the second forty years and is moving towards the horizons of the declaration of the second step of the revolution, which is "world civilization". Our aim in this study is to analyze the content of the jihadi management model of Shahid Soleimani school for modeling in the disciplinary command of North Khorasan province. By examining a library and Using the Content Analysis Method: The Martyr School in Five Systems" Doctrinal, managerial,Political,educational and provincial "categorization, then enter the management dimension of the school in a special way and analyze the content of jihadi management including:" dimensions, prerequisites, roots of formation, personality traits ". We have discussed the five stages of jihadi management model, analysis of the relationship between jihadi management and statement of the second step, jihadi management model, drawing seven(S) of jihadi management model, and four-step plan for operationalizing jihadi management model. Hints and practical suggestions for the implementation of the model of Shahid Soleimani jihadi management have been presented. Finally, practical suggestions for the implemention of his jihadi management model are presented.
