ﻓﻨﺎوريﻫﺎي ﻣﺪرن اﻣﺮوزه ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه وﯾﮋهاي در زﻧﺪﮔﯽ روزﻣﺮه ﺑﺸﺮي ﭘﯿﺪاﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ ﺑﻪﻧﺤﻮيﮐﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮐﺎرﻫﺎي روزﻣﺮه ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺪون اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﻦ اﺑﺰارﻫﺎ دﺷﻮار و ﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﻏﯿﺮﻣﻤﮑﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽرﺳﺪ. ﺑﻪﻣﻮازات ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ و ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻧﻘﺶ ﻓﻨﺎوري در زﻧﺪﮔﯽ روزﻣﺮه، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﻨﺎوري در اﻣﻮر ﮐﯿﻔﺮي ﻫﻢ ﻣﺮﺳﻮم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻓﻨﺎوريﻫﺎي ﻧﻮﯾﻦ از ﯾﮏﺳﻮ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در دﺳﺖ ﺑﺰﻫﮑﺎران ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و ارﺗﮑﺎب ﺟﺮم و ﻓﺮار از ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺧﻮﯾﺶ را ﺑﺮاي آﻧﺎن ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ و ﻫﻢ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻣﻮرداﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﭘﻠﯿﺲ و دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﮐﯿﻔﺮي ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و اﻣﺮ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و دﺳﺘﮕﯿﺮي ﻣﻈﻨﻮﻧﯿﻦ اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻟﯽ را، ارﺗﻘﺎ ﺑﺨﺸﻨﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﻣﻘﺼﻮد از اﺳﺘﻔﺎده و ﺑﻬﺮهﮔﯿﺮي از ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي ﻧﻮﯾﻦ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻈﻨﻮﻧﯿﻦ ﭘﺮوﻧﺪه و ﺷﺮﮐﺎي اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻟﯽ او در ﻓﺮض و ﺟﻮد و ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻦ ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿّﺖ ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻌﻞ و دﺳﺘﮕﯿﺮي آﻧﺎن ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﻟﺒﺘﻪ اﯾﻦ اﺑﺰارﻫﺎ در زﻣﯿﻨﮥ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻦ ادﻟﻪي ﻣﺜﺒﺘﻪ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻧﻘﺶ دارﻧﺪ و ﺣﺘﯽ ﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺧﻮد ﻧﯿﺰ ﻧﻘﺶ دﻟﯿﻞ اﺛﺒﺎﺗﯽ را ﺑﺮاي اﻗﻨﺎع ﻣﻘﺎم ﻗﻀﺎﯾﯽ اﯾﻔﺎ ﻣﯽﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ و ﺑﻪ روش ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪاي ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﺗﻼش ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ اﺛﺒﺎت ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ در ﺻﻮرت اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﻦ اﺑﺰارﻫﺎ ﻣﻤﮑﻦ اﺳﺖ، ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻋﻠﺖ ﮐﻪ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﮐﺸﻒ ﺟﺮم و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺮﺗﮑﺐ ﻓﻌﻞ و ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻃﻮر دﺳﺘﮕﯿﺮي و ﻣﺤﮑﻮﻣﯿّﺖ ﻓﺮد ﺧﺎﻃﯽ را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ، ﺧﻮد ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﺎﻧﻌﯽ ﺑﺰرگ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺮ راه اﻓﺮادي ﮐﻪ ﻧﯿّﺖ ﺳﻮء دارﻧﺪ، ﺑﺮاي ﻋﻤﻠﯽ ﮐﺮدن ﻧﯿﺖ ﺳﻮءﺷﺎن ﺑﺎﺷﺪ؛ ﭼﺮا ﮐﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﻦ اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و دﺳﺘﮕﯿﺮي اﻓﺮاد ﺧﺎﻃﯽ را ﻗﻮت ﻣﯽﺑﺨﺸﻨﺪ. در واﻗﻊ اﯾﻦ اﺑﺰارﻫﺎ در اﻣﺎﮐﻦ ﺗﺤﺖ ﻧﻈﺎرت ﺧﻮد ﻧﻘﺶ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ را، در ﻃﻮل ﻣﺪﺗﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻓﻌﺎل ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ اﯾﻔﺎ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﻨﺪ. در ﺑﺴﯿﺎري از ﻣﻮارد ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻓﯿﻠﻢﻫﺎي ﺿﺒﻂ ﺷﺪه ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽ ﻣﺮﺗﮑﺐ ﻓﻌﻞ، ﺗﻨﻬﺎ دﻟﯿﻞ اﺳﺘﻨﺎد ﺟﺮم ﺑﻪ ﻓﺎﻋﻞ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺣﺘﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻗﻨﺎع ﻣﻘﺎم ﻗﻀﺎﯾﯽ و ﺻﺪور ﺣﮑﻢ ﻣﺤﮑﻮﻣﯿّﺖ ﻣﺮﺗﮑﺐ، ﻧﯿﺰ ﺷﻮد

Modern technologies in human social and personal life is too
developed that it is even seems hard and impossible to perform small deeds
without utilizing such tools. In parallel to the development and expansion of
modern technologies in daily life, using modern technologies in the penal
procedure has become common. On the one hand, the new technologies can be at the hands of the criminals and facilitate committing crimes and being irresponsible for whatever they have done, but on the other hand, it can be at the service of the police and the criminal justice system, and enhance the process of identification and arresting the suspects. By this stage, the terms using and applying the new technologies mean the identification of the suspects and their probable partners, finding their location, and arresting them. Actually, such means have a role in finding probative evidence as well, and sometimes they even can play the role of probative evidence in convincing the judicial authority.
