Investigating the effect of factors on business space enhancement among veterans and disabled's in Tehran

اين تحقيق در راستاي بررسي عوامل موثر بر بهبود فضاي كسب و كار واشتغال در ميان جانبازان و معلولين تهران انجام شده است. روش تحقيق به كار گرفته شده در اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي، از نظر نوع داده ها كمي و از نظر نحوه گردآوري داده ها، توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش جانبازان و معلولين ساكن در شهر تهران به تعداد 2500 نفر بود كه از جامعه آماري مذكور با توجه به ضوابط نمونه‌گيري (بر اساس شيوة نمونه‌گيري مندرج در جدول مورگان) تعداد 333 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شده اند. جهت گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه هاي محقق ساخته استفاده شد. تحليل دادهها با استفاده روشهاي آمار توصيفي (فراواني، درصد فراواني، ميانگين، انحراف معيار) و آمار استنباطي (آزمون كالموگراف - اسميرنوف و آزمون پيرسون) انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد: رابطه مثبت و مستقيمي بين ابعاد فرار سرمايه و سرمايه گذاري ،شاخص هاي فضاي كسب و كار ،شبكه هاي حمايت اجتماعي و حيطه فضاي كسب و كار با بهبود فضاي كسب و كار واشتغال در ميان جانبازان و معلولين كشور وجود دارد.

The purpose of this study was investigating the effect of factors on business space enhancement among veterans and disabled's in Tehran. The statistical population of the study was veterans and disabled's in Tehran in who were selected by census method. Some different opinions among employees of cultural social unit in Tehran municipality were gathered and analyzed and then the presented opinions by them have been used. The method conducted in this study is field research and library literature one. In terms of the way of conducting, it will be correlational research and in terms of the research purpose, it will be among applied researches According to a sample formula should be 333. Therefore, questionnaires were distributed among members of the target population. In next Phase, the researcher has analyzed and interpreted the data gathered. Both descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the data of this study. Description of data has been presented in table representing different indices such as absolute and relative frequency, mean, standard deviation and variance in background and main variables. Correlational tests, multiple regression and F-test were used to get into the proper conclusion and test hypotheses.
