شيوه‌هاي مقابله با دشمنان توسط سازمان‌هاي اطلاعاتي و امنيتي مبتني بر فرامين، تدابير و رهنمودهاي فرماندهي معظم كل قوا (مدظله‌العالي)

Investigation of the method of confronting the enemy by the Intelligence and Security Organization, those affected by the orders, measures and instructions of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces

زمينه و هدف: دشمنان قسم‌خوردۀ جمهوري اسلامي ايران از هيچ تلاشي براي مقابله با اين نظام فروگذار نيستند. مقابله با دشمنان و شناخت شيوه‌هاي مقابله با دشمن، امري انكارناپذير بوده كه در اين راستا بهره‌گيري از فرامين، تدابير و رهنمودهاي فرماندهي معظم كل قوا (مدظله‌العالي) مي‌تواند بهترين چراغ‌راهنما براي سازمان‌هاي اطلاعاتي و امنيتي تلقي شود. روش: روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش تحليل، محتواي كيفي است. جامعۀ آماري شامل برخي از كارشناسان چند سازمان اطلاعاتي امنيتي است كه با توجه به ويژگي‌هاي‌ خاص ايشان، تعداد آن‌ها 200 نفر لحاظ و حجم نمونه طبق فرمول كوكران 127 نفر تعيين شد. داده‌هاي اين پژوهش كه مبتني بر 23 شاخص كيفي بود، از طريق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته براي تعيين اولويت‌ها در اختيار صاحب‌نظران قرار گرفت. از نرم‌‌افزارهاي SPSS و ‌LISREL براي پژوهش استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش نشان داد كه با توجه به فرامين، تدابير و رهنمودهاي فرماندهي معظم كل قوا (مدظله‌العالي)، سازمان‌هاي اطلاعاتي - امنيتي مي‌توانند از 23 شيوۀ مهم براي مقابله با دشمنان استفاده كنند؛ با توجه به نتايج حاصله، ترتيب و اولويت هر يك از اين شيوه‌ها در اين پژوهش مورد سنجش و بررسي قرار گرفت. نتيجه‌گيري: در ميان تمامي گزاره‌ها، مهم‌ترين شيوه‌هاي مقابله با دشمنان مبتني بر فرامين، تدابير و رهنمودهاي فرماندهي معظم كل قوا (مدظله‌العالي) به ترتيب اولويت عبارت‌اند از: شناخت دشمن اصلي؛ تدوين همه‌ي سياست‌‌ها، رفتارها و برنامه‌‌ها بر مبناي مقابله با دشمن؛ توجه به اقتصاد مقاومتي و مشكلات معيشتي؛ نفوذ در حصار دشمن؛ تقيد و پايبندي به دين؛ ارتقاي بصيرت و صبر؛ مقابله با فساد؛ توجه به روح ديني و ايمان زيردستان؛ ترويج ارزش‌‌ها و سبك زندگي اسلامي؛ ارتقاي سطح عزت؛ داشتن طرح و انگيزه و فكر براي مقابله با دشمنان و ايمان و اميد به آينده.

Background and Aim: The sworn enemies of the Islamic Republic of Iran do not spare any effort to confront this system. Dealing with the enemies and knowing the methods of dealing with the enemy is undeniable, and in this regard, using the orders, measures and instructions of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces can be considered the best beacon for intelligence and security organizations. Method: The research method in this research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative content analysis in terms of method. The statistical population of this study includes some analysts and experts of several intelligence and security organizations that according to their special characteristics, their number is about 200 people and the sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula of 127 people. The data of this study, which was based on 23 qualitative indicators, were provided to experts through a researcher-made questionnaire to determine priorities. SPSS and LISREL software were used for this research. Findings: The findings of this study showed that according to the orders, measures and guidelines of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces , intelligence and security organizations can use 23 methods to deal with enemies. Conclusion: Among all the available propositions, the most important methods of dealing with the enemies based on the orders, measures and instructions of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces are in order of priority: recognizing the main enemy; Develop all policies, behaviors and programs based on confrontation with the enemy; Attention to the resistance economy and livelihood problems; Infiltrate the enemy fence; Adherence to religion; Promoting insight and patience; Fighting corruption; Attention to the religious spirit and faith of subordinates; Promoting Islamic values ​​and lifestyle; Having a plan, motivation and thought to deal with enemies; Faith and hope for the future.
