چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ارﺗﻘﺎء ﻣﻬﺎرت، ﺑﺮاي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﭘﻠﯿﺲ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ وﻇﺎﯾﻒ ﻣﻬﻢ و ﺣﺴﺎس آن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺠﺮي ﻗﺎﻧﻮن و ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻧﻈﻢ و اﻣﻨﯿﺖ، از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻘﺎء ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮاﮔﯿﺮان در آﻣﻮزﺷﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ ﻣﺎﻟﮏ اﺷﺘﺮ ﻧﺎﺟﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ، از ﻧﻈﺮ روش، ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ و از ﻟﺤﺎظ داده ﻫﺎ، از ﻧﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ )ﮐﻤﯽ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ( ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري در روش ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﺎﻧﻮﻧﯽ )ﮐﯿﻔﯽ(، 21 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﻧﻈﺮان رﺷﺘﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ آﻣﻮزش و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي آﻣﻮزش ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺶ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺣﺼﺎء ﺷﺪه در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اول ﻃﺒﻖ ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺑﺎ 20 ﻧﻔﺮ از آﻧﺎن ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻏﯿﺮ اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻟﯽ ﻗﻀﺎوﺗﯽ و ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ، ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻤﻞ آﻣﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري در روش ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ )ﮐﻤﯽ( ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن، ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﯿﻦ آﻣﻮزش و اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﺌﯿﺖ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ آﻣﻮزﺷﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ ﻣﺎﻟﮏ اﺷﺘﺮ ﻧﺎﺟﺎ و رؤﺳﺎي ﮐﻼﻧﺘﺮي ﻫﺎ و ﭘﺎﺳﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ 417 ﻧﻔﺮ از آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ روش ﮐﻮﮐﺮان اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داد ه ﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ از آﻣﺎرﻫﺎي آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎي ﺗﯽ و ﮐﻨﺪال اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. از ﻣﯿﺎن ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻘﺎء ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮاﮔﯿﺮان، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ درون ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ)ﻓﺮدي و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ( در رﺗﺒﻪ اول ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، از ﻣﯿﺎن ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻓﺮدي، ﻫﻮش و اﺳﺘﻌﺪاد و از ﻣﯿﺎن ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ و ﻧﯿﺰ از ﻣﯿﺎن ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ، ﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﻧﺒﻮدن ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر، ﺑﺮاي ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد آﻣﻮﺧﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻤﯽ، ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻘﺎي ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮاﮔﯿﺮان ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ. در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ داﺧﻠﯽ )ﻓﺮدي، ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ( و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﺮون ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ )ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ( ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ
چكيده لاتين :
The issue of skills development is doubly important for the police organization in terms of its important and sensitive duties as law enforcement and law enforcement. Human resource training and development programs with the aim of increasing efficiency and improving the level of knowledge and skills, human resource capability and development of human and organizational capital is a completely strategic and strategic move for organizations. For this purpose, this study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the improvement of learners' skills in NAJA specialized scientific schools. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose. an‎d in terms of nature, it is descriptive, in terms of method, survey and in terms of data, it is a mixed research (quantitative-qualitative). Statistical population in the interview method (qualitative): The statistical population in this stage of experts in the field of education management and education planning, according to Morgan table with 20 of them who were selected in a non-probabilistic and purposeful manner, the statistical population in the questionnaire method (Quantitative): The statistical population at this stage is the commanders, deputies of education, faculty members of Malek Ashtar University and the heads of police stations, of which 417 people have been selected by the Cochran method. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and frequency distribution) and inferential statistics (T and Kendall tests(. Results: Among the effective factors on improving the skills of learners, organizational factors were ranked first. Among the indicators of individual factors, intelligence and talent; Among the indicators of organizational factors, experienced professors; Among the indicators of environmental factors, the unfavorable user environment for the application of scientific knowledge was recognized as the most important effective factors in improving the skills of learners.
